摘 要 我国是一个产煤、用煤大国,然而我国煤层赋存条件复杂,煤与瓦斯突出,造成煤炭企业安全生产条件复杂,煤矿安全生产成为我国煤炭行业关注的重点问题,如何随时随地感知矿山安全情况,查看各监测系统运转状态成为生产一线迫切的需要。随着地理信息技术(GIS)、无线通信技术以及基于智能终端的移动应用开发技术的不断发展,采用智能终端辅助煤矿安全生产监测已经成为行业研究的热点。 本文在原有基于PC机的定点定位远程监测系统的基础上,提出了一种基于智能终端的煤矿安全生产监测系统,并结合煤矿企业的实际业务需求,设计并实现了基于Android平台的煤矿安全监测GIS系统。论文主体部分首先分析了基于智能终端的煤矿安全生产监测系统的功能需求,介绍了煤矿远程安全监测系统的模型,讨论了GIS技术,UCMap技术,Android平台以及Socket通信等系统开发所需的相关理论及关键技术。在此基础之上提出了基于Android平台的煤矿安全监测GIS系统的整体架构及软件功能模型,完成了系统的总体结构设计、软件功能模块设计以及利用Java语言采用Android平台对其进行编码实现。最后根据软件测试的基本原则和软件测试用例,对智能终端软件分别进行了模拟环境下和真机上的测试。测试结果表明,本文中所开发的系统性能稳定可靠,具有良好的人机界面和可操作性,可实现矿区数据的实时可视化监测。

ABSTRACT China is a country with coal production and coal power. However, our country coal occurrence conditions of complex, coal and gas outburst, resulting in conditions of safety production of the coal enterprises complex, the coal mine safety production has been the focus of attention of the coal industry in china, how perception of mine safety whenever and wherever possible, check the running state of the production line monitoring system become urgent need. With the continue development of geographic information technology(GIS), wireless communication technology and intelligent terminal-based mobile application development technology, it has become the research focus of the intelligent terminal auxiliary coal mine production safety monitoring in the industry. On the basis of original PC-based fixed-point positioning remote monitoring system, the paper proposed coal mine production safety monitoring system based on intelligent terminals, and combined with the actual business needs of coal mining enterprises, design and implement a GIS system of coal mine safety monitoring based on the Android platform. The main part of paper first analyzes the function requirements of coal mine production safety monitoring system based on intelligent terminals, introduces mine remote security monitoring system model and discusses the theory and key technology of GIS technology, UCMap technology, Android platform as well as Socket communication required for system development. On this basis, proposed the overall structure and software features of the Android platform GIS system of coal mine safety monitoring model, completed the design of the overall structure of the system, function module design of software and the use of Java language using Android platform for the realization of the code. Finally, according to the basic principles of software testing and software test case, software of the intelligent termianal has been tested in a simulated environment and on the real machine. The results indicate that the developed system is stable and reliable, it has a good man-machine interface and operability, can achieve real-time visual monitoring of the mine date.
