二十一世纪,整个人类文明进入了大众传媒时代,人们接受知识的途径十分广泛。各种社会思潮层出不穷。在如此时代背景下,引导高职学生树立正确的社会主义价值观就显得更为重要,其任务也更为艰巨。高职院校的思想政治理论课,承担着对大学生进行马克思主义理论教育的任务,是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主阵地。但从近些年的教学效果看,实效性并不明显。鉴于此现状,本文采用多学科交叉视角,力图探讨高职院校思想政治理论课的实效性问题,力求形成系统的方法论,以此希望针对此问题形成一定的操作方法。 本文从高职院校思想政治理论课的内容入手,介绍了国内高职院校思想政治理论课课程体系的演化,归纳出高职院校思想政治理论课的特点以及发展趋势,论述了高职院校提高思想政治理论课实效性的重要意义。然后从理论教学、实践教学和考核体系三部分,介绍了当前高职院校思想政治课教学实效性不高的现状,深入分析了影响高职院校思想政治理论课实效性的主要因素,如教育观念相对落后、教育机制比较僵化、师资力量相对薄弱、学习氛围比较平淡、社会环境比较复杂、思政科研经费相对不足。在论文的最后部分,从课堂教学、实践教学、课程考核、保障条件四个方面对提高高职院校思想政治教育实效性的途径进行了探索。在课堂教学方面应实现理论知识体系与当下热点问题相结合、社会价值建构与个人现实诉求相结合、主流意识形态与其他文化成果精华相结合;实践教学方面应实现弘扬宏观意识形态与落实微观社区服务相结合、思想政治实践与专业技术实训相结合、社会集体活动与个人全面发展相结合;考核体系方面应实现传统单一死板的考核方式与灵活多样的其它考评方式相结合、注重学科成绩与关注学生成长相结合、学校考核与社会考核相结合;保障条件方面应拓展高职院校思想政治理论课师资队伍建设的途径、加快实践教学基地的开发、增加思想政治理论课专项经费的投入力度。 作者在科学调研和参考大量文献的基础上,力图探索出一条增强高职院校思想政治理论课实效性的新途径,目标是建立一种以实效性为核心,以学生为主体,关注个体全面发展,以家庭、学校、企业为总线的三位一体式新型教育方法。

In the 21century the whole human civilization has entered the era of mass media, the way that people receive knowledge has become extensive. Various trends of social thought are coming in thick and fast. Therefore, giving correct guidance to young people’s socialistic values is much more important and its task is harder in such era. The ideological and political theory lessons in higher vocational colleges have the task to instruct the Marxist theory in a system and they also serve as the chief channels of ideological and political education. However, there haven’t been better results in teaching in the ideological and political theory lessons during recent years. According to this situation, the paper adopts several subjects to discuss the problem on improving the practical results of the ideological and political theory lessons in higher vocational colleges and tries to form scientific methodology and working method. With help of the content of the ideological and political theory lessons, the paper introduces the development of the course structure of the ideological and political theory lessons in higher vocational colleges and sums up the feature and trend of the academic lessons in the process. And the paper discusses the significance of the research. Next the author introduces the situation of not having better practical results from the three aspects of academic teaching, practical teaching and system of evaluation, analyzing the leading factors, for example, relatively backward education concept, rigid education mechanism, weak faculty, dull learning atmosphere, complicated society environment and lack of research funding. In the last part of the paper the author explores the ways of improving the practical result from the four parts of academic teaching, practical teaching, course evaluation and guarantee conditions. In terms of academic teaching, we need to combine the theory of knowledge system with the current hot issues, integrate the construction of the social value with personal realities and combine mainstream ideology with the essence of other cultural achievements. On the aspect of practical teaching, we need to integrate the macro ideology with the community service, and integrate ideological and political practice with professional and technical training, and combine collective social activities with individual all-round development. In the system of evaluation, we should combine traditional single rigid assessment methods with other flexible and diverse evaluation system; pay attention to academic performance and student growth combined and combined school examination with social assessment. In the guarantee conditions, we should expand the ways of the construction of teaching staff in Higher Vocational Colleges, accelerate the development of practice teaching base and increase the special funds for ideological and political education. The paper intends to explore a new approach to improve the practical result of the ideological and political theory lessons in higher vocational colleges on the basis of scientific investigations and a great number of references. And the goal the paper is to set up a new three-in-one educational method, that is, to regard practical results as the core, to think of the students as the subject and focus on the overall development of the individuals, and to consider families, colleges and enterprises to be the main force.
