作为产煤大国,以皮带机为运输核心设备的皮带运输系统成为原煤运输系统的主要工具。由于运输量大、结构简单、受地形条件限制少、易于管理和维护、运输效率高等特点,皮带运输系统成为煤矿生产不可或缺的重要组成部分。皮带机运输能力的提高和自动化的实现可以提高煤矿生产效率和经济效益。 本文简要介绍了带式输送机及其集控技术的发展状况。对下石节煤矿皮带运输系统的现状做了介绍,研究分析了下石节煤矿现有皮带运输系统存在的主要问题,提出了将暗皮带井四部皮带输送系统改造为两部皮带输送系统的优化方案,并对改造后的两部皮带输送系统进行集控改造。首先,根据下石节煤矿生产需要,对暗皮带井改造后的两部皮带输送系统的相关参数进行了计算,并对暗皮带井皮带机功率平衡原理进行了分析研究;其次,基于模糊控制,利用变频器完成暗皮带井皮带机的调速稳速;最后,利用PLC控制技术、工业以太环网技术,上位机技术、工业组态软件等技术对暗皮带井主运皮带进行了集控改造。 暗皮带井皮带运输系统的优化方案和集控改造系统在实际的应用中,大大提高了煤矿运输能力、设备的自动化及智能水平,已被陕煤铜川矿业有限公司下石节煤矿所采纳,且暗皮带井四部皮带输送系统优化为两部皮带输送系统的方案和集控改造均已实施并投入使用,达到了预期目标。

As a large coal producer, belt conveyor belt conveyor belt is recognized by most coal mines as the main tool of coal transportation system. Because of the large volume, simple structure, limited by terrain conditions, easy to manage and maintain, high transport efficiency, belt transport system has become an indispensable part of coal production. The improvement of belt conveyor capacity and the realization of automation can improve the coal production efficiency and economic benefits. This paper briefly introduces the development of belt conveyor and its centralized control technology. The status quo of the belt transport system in Xiashijie coal mine is introduced, analyzed the main problems existing in Xiayukou mine belt transport system, put forward the optimization scheme of the dark belt wells four belt into two belt, and the transformation of the two belt centralized control transformation. First of all, according to the Xiayukou mine production needs, related parameters of the two conveyor belt dark well after transformation were calculated and analyzed the power balance control strategy of the belt, select the master-slave control mode; Secondly, based on fuzzy control, the speed regulation speed of some large power belt conveyor is completed by using frequency converter. Finally, centralized control transformation of main belt of dark belt well is carried out by PLC control technology, industrial Ethernet ring network technology, host computer technology and industrial configuration software. The optimization scheme of dark belt wells belt transport system and transformation of centralized control system in the actual application, greatly improve the automation and intelligent level of coal transport capacity, equipment, has been adopted by Tongchuan Shaanxi coal mining limited Xiayukou mine, and dark belt wells four belt conveying system to optimize the transportation system for two the belt scheme and the transformation of centralized control have been implemented and put into use, to achieve the expected goal.
