矿井通风系统作为矿井生产系统的主要组成部分,对于矿井的安全生产具有重要的作用。当通风系统的风流不稳定时,就会成为矿井安全生产的严重隐患。因此,在矿井的安全生产中,保持矿井通风系统的风流稳定性是非常重要的。

本文首先探讨矿井通风系统稳定性的概念及其特征,基于图论的通路法和奇异值分解方法,对通风网络的通路矩阵利用奇异值分解,计算各自状态下风压通路矩阵的特征值,研究通风网络中各个分支通路的贡献度,找出其中的关键分支及其对其他分支造成的影响。其次,根据现场工程实际,在探讨风路稳定性因素基础上引入局部自然风压的概念,结合圆子沟煤矿1012007工作面两条进风顺槽出现的循环风情况,运用机械能守恒分析方法,分析通风系统稳定性的各环境影响因素的特征规律,研究得到其局部自然风压大于此段巷道机械通风动力是带式输送机巷风流反向原因。结合现场巷道布置情况,提出增加带式输送机巷风量,抵消局部自然风压变化对巷道风流的影响措施。

最后结合通路矩阵对通风功率进行分析,发现在局部自然风压影响下,存在关键分支及局部自然风压作用下的通路通风功率差值较大,且局部自然风压作用的分支所在区段对其他区段影响较大,其风流稳定性较差,论文研究结果对加强矿井通风的安全管理,提高通风系统的稳定性和可靠性具有现实指导意义。

As the main part of the mine production system, the mine ventilation system plays an important role in the safe production of the mine. When the airflow of the ventilation system is unstable, it will become a serious hidden danger for the safe production of the mine. Therefore, in the safe production of the mine, it is very important to maintain the air flow stability of the mine ventilation system.

Firstly, this paper discusses the concept and characteristics of the stability of mine ventilation system. Based on the path method and singular value decomposition method of graph theory, singular value decomposition is used to calculate the eigenvalue of the wind pressure path matrix of the ventilation network. The contribution of each branch path in the ventilation network is studied, and the key branches and their effects on other branches are found out. Secondly, according to the field engineering practice, the concept of local natural wind pressure is introduced on the basis of discussing the stability factors of the wind path. Combined with the circulating wind situation of the two inlet crossheadings in the 1012007 working face of Yuanzigou Coal Mine, the mechanical energy conservation analysis method is used to analyze the characteristics of the environmental factors affecting the stability of the ventilation system. It is found that the local natural wind pressure is greater than the mechanical ventilation power of this section of roadway is the reverse reason of the airflow in the belt conveyor roadway. Combined with the on-site roadway layout, it is proposed to increase the air volume of the belt conveyor roadway to offset the influence of local natural wind pressure changes on the roadway airflow.

Finally, the ventilation power is analyzed with the path matrix. It is found that under the influence of local natural wind pressure, there is a large difference in the ventilation power of the key branch and the path under the action of local natural wind pressure, and the section of the branch of the local natural wind pressure has a great influence on other sections, and its airflow stability is poor. The research results of this paper have practical guiding significance for strengthening the safety management of mine ventilation and improving the stability and reliability of ventilation system.
