随着人民生活水平的提高和科技的发展,传统的集中供暖收费方式已经不再适应新形势,为了响应国家节能减排,可持续发展的战略方向,按户计量、按热量收取取暖费用,是今后供热系统的发展趋势。与以前的收费方式相比,按热量计费无论是从节能的角度还是个人经济角度都更加合理和科学。按热量计费实现的关键是,具备成熟可靠的热量表和运行稳定的智能远程抄表管理系统。热量表可以人工抄表也可以智能远程抄表,人工抄表方式由于存在许多弊端,已经越来越不能适应新时期的管理需求;智能远程抄表具有效率高,人力成本低,抄表错误率低等优点,所以近几年来该课题成为一个研究热点。 本文首先介绍分析了目前国内外智能抄表发展状况和今后的发展趋势;然后介绍了智能远程抄表系统中集中器的功能与结构;最后结合具体的研究项目,完成了一种实用化的集中器的软硬件设计。在分析应用需求的基础上,提出了上行数据传输采用GPRS与主站进行通信,下行数据传输采用欧标M-BUS总线方式与热量表进行通信的系统总体设计方案。本集中器分为四个模块,M-BUS模块、数据处理模块、GPRS通信模块、电源模块。数据处理模块中MCU采用MSP430系列单片机,本课题选用MSP430F149,具有60K Flash和2K RAM,可以满足程序运行要求,外部扩展E2PROM存储器用于存储热量表地址。下行通信协议采用山东德鲁热量表通信协议标准,后续设计的集中器将会对市面上主流的热量表的通信协议标准进行兼容。 目前该集中器,已经在山东济南,北京两地的多个小区住宅楼中使用,根据客户反应,本集中器运行稳定,各项参数指标都达到了设计要求,说明该课题的技术路线及软硬件设计是正确、合理、实用的。

With the growth in the living standard and the development of technology, charging traditional for central-heating is not suit for the situation of the times .In order to response to the nation’s appeal of energy-saving and emission reduction, and sustainable development, it is reasonable and scientific to charge for the heat in quantity, which compare to the way we used before from aspect of energy-saving and economy. Under this trend, plenty of heat meters reached our sight. The traditional way of meter-reading have a lot of disadvantages, and can’t meet the demand of the management in this new times, already. Remote meter-reading is highly efficient, low manpower cost and lower error rate, so this issue has become a hot-spot in research. In this text, the development and trends of intelligent meter reading have analyzed domestically and abroad. Emphatically, the text introduced the designing and studying of the concentrator in the intelligent remote meter-reading system. It will get a scheme according to the demand of the client, from the project team’s discussion, that the transmission of upstrem data will conduct by the connection of GPRS and main station, and the transmission of downstream data will conduct through the Europe standard M-BUS trunk to communicate with the heat meter. The concentrator is consisting of four models: power supply model, M-BUS model, information processing model and up data GPRS communication model. In the information processing model, the MCU will adopt the chip of MSP430 series which produced by Texas Instruments, and the series number MSP430F149 will be put in use, which have 60K Flash and 2K RAM, and is adequate for the operation of the program. The external expanded E2PROM storage is use to keep the heat meter’s address. The downlink communication protocol will take in the communication protocol of ShanDong DELU Measurement LTD. Then the subsequent designing of the concentrator will be compatible to the communication protocol of the main-stream heat meter in the market. At present, this concentrator has been used in a lot of residential building of community in Shandong Jinan and Beijing. According to the responses of the clients, it is proved that this concentrator is operating steadily, and each parameter is met the design requirements. So, it demonstrated that the technical and engineering line of this issue is reasonable and correct.
