本文在综述国内外液压支架产品研发应用及设计方法发展现状与趋势的基础上,以为陕北神木县孙家岔煤矿设计的ZY8700/17/32型大缸径两柱掩护式液压支架为对象,针对液压支架传统研发方法,即“样机设计→制造物理样机→物理样机压架试验→修改设计→小批量制造及批量制造”所存在的周期长、耗费人力物力及资金较大之缺点,探索“样机设计→三维建模→运动学仿真→有限元分析→虚拟疲劳试验→虚拟装配检验→制造物理样机→物理样机压架试验→小批量制造及批量制造”的产品研发方法,旨在提高设计质量和产品一次设计成功率、缩短周期,节约人力、物力和资金。并主要作了以下工作: 利用虚拟样机技术,应用CATIA软件建立了ZY8700/17/32型液压支架的虚拟样机,进行了运动学仿真,旨在进行液压的干涉性检查;应用Hypermesh软件对该架型进行模型简化和网格划分,进而采用MSC.Patran&Nastran软件进行了有限元分析,并得到了各部位的应力云图及应力应变数据;在MSC.Fatigue疲劳分析软件环境下,调用所得到的有限元分析结果,对ZY8700/17/32型液压支架进行了虚拟疲劳寿命试验,旨在探索液压支架虚拟疲劳试验的方法和有效性,同时进一步验证该架型的抗疲劳性能。 虚拟样机技术、有限元技术应用于液压支架的研究是一项长期、复杂、艰巨的工作,本文的研究工作也仅仅是对其进行探索性的研究。

The book on the basis of summing up the home and abroad hydraulic support the current situation and trend applying development of method and designing , Believe ZY8700/17/32 type two pole covering hydraulic support designed for the northern Shanxi Shenmu County Sunjiacha coal mine . Specifically for hydraulic support tradition design method that “the model machine design→the model machine made→the model machine pressure testing→revising designed→bigger made and rack” , it is period long , consumes manpower and material resources . The book take up a new design method that “the model machine design→3-D builds the model→kinematics analysis→finite element analysis→virtual fatigue test→virtual assembling test→the model machine made→he model machine pressure testing→bigger made and rack”. It aims at improving the period designing and the product once design success rate, shortening, saves manpower and material resources, and the fund. And have assumed the following job mainly: The kinematics of hydraulic support having been in progress making use of the Virtual prototyping technology , the software CATIA applying to have built the ZY8700/17/32 type model and simulate , in order to check the interference of hydraulic support ; The software Hypermesh applying to carried out model simplification and divided finite element net , it applying the software MSC.Patran & Nastran carried out finite element method analysis , has got stress strain data and every location strain cloud use the artwork way display ; Under MSC.Fatigue software environment, base of finite element analysis result, it carried out fatigue simulation analysis of ZY8700/17/32 type hydraulic support , the data obtained and experiment results are fundamental equal, proving feasibility that using this method , have gone a step further for anti-fatigue of hydraulic support . Virtual prototyping technology and the finite element technology apply to the hydraulic support research is a long range , complicated , arduous job , the research work come from this book is to carry out the research probing only.
