针对现有显示屏幕为1m2的LED广告屏需要大量半导体发光二极管构成像素点,成本比较高这一现象,设计了一种基于单片机的旋转式LED广告屏。广告屏采用动态逐列扫描的方法,利用人眼的视觉暂留特性,两列发光二极管在直流电机作用下以一定转速旋转来显示整幅画面,大幅度节省了产品的成本。论文分为系统硬件电路设计、软件设计、抗干扰设计、系统测试等四部分。 系统硬件电路设计利用了单片机内部集成的SPI、PWM、UART、定时计数器等功能模块,设计了电源输送线路以及广告屏的机械结构和电压转换电路、带动显示屏旋转的直流电机驱动控制电路、用于控制屏幕切换的无线接收模块PCR1A外围电路、显示屏驱动电路、外部扩展的1M字节的数据存储器外围电路、串口通信电路等。 系统软件设计部分包括对遥控器发射的无线射频信号的解码程序;利用单片机集成的SPI功能模块从串行数据存储器快速读取数据的程序;单片机发送数据到移位寄存器SN74HC595驱动显示屏工作的显示屏驱动程序;数据存储器更新数据程序;利用PWM脉宽调制的方法调节直流电机转速的控制程序,控制程序使电机以设定值转动,并且系统实时对转速进行检测,采用闭环控制动态调节电机转速,保证显示屏画面效果处于最佳。 抗干扰设计主要介绍了本系统在电源电路设计、无线传输、印制电路板过程中采取的一些抗干扰措施。 系统测试部分主要进行了无线信号接收、串口通信、数据存储器读写、显示屏驱动等测试实验以及整机测试。通过测试实验不断完善系统方案,保证了设计方案的可行性。整机测试检验了各模块的兼容性,为系统进一步改进提供了依据。 本系统经过室内和室外环境的测试,达到了预期的功能,具有较好的推广应用前景。

ABSTRACT A one square meters LED electronic advertising screen needs a larger number of semiconductor light-emitting diode pixels, to this relatively high cost phenomenon, we design a rotary LED advertising screen based on Microcomputer Unit. The advertising screen adopts dynamic column-by-column scanning method and makes use of the human eye's persistence of vision characteristics. Then two light-emitting diodes rotate in a certain speed under the function of DC motor to show the whole picture. our advertising screen is cheaper than similar market products. This paper consists the system hardware circuit design, software design, anti-jamming design and system testing four parts. The hardware circuit design utilizes a SPI, PWM, UART, timer counter and other functional module integrated in Microcomputer Unit. It gives out the power transmission lines, advertising screen mechanical structure, voltage conversion circuit, the DC motor drive control circuit which is used to rotate the display, the wireless receiver module PCR1A peripheral circuits which is used to control screen switching, display driver circuit, the external expansion data memory circuits of 1M bytes and serial communication circuit. System software design components include a remote control radio frequency transmission signal decoding program. It makes use of SPI interface program to read data from the serial data memory quickly, after reading the data, stores the data into the microprocessor memory. Then, microprocessor sends data to the display drive program which is used to drive the display screen of the shift register SN74HC595. The system software design also realizes information update of the data stored in memory PMLV080B. It adjusts the PWM DC motor speed control program in the way of pulse width modulation, so that the rotation speed reaches optimal rotation speed value of the display screen effect in experimental conditions, and the actual speed is detected in real-time. To make sure that the rotation speed is stable and the display screen effect is the best, we adjust the motor speed dynamically by closed-loop control when. Anti-jamming design mainly introduces the anti-jamming measures taken in the power circuit design, wireless transmission and the printed circuit board process. System testing mainly tests every sub-module of system respectively, such as the wireless signal reception test, serial communications test, data memory read and write tests,the display driver test and the whole test. We constantly improve the system scheme by test experiment, and ensure the feasibility and stability of the scheme. Through the whole test, we test the compatibility of each module, which provides a basis for further improvements of the system. Through testing of indoor and outdoor environments, the system has reached the desired functionality. The product has a broad application prospect.
