柔模混凝土支护技术是用于基坑工程支护的一种新形式,首次将纤维柔性材料作为混凝土模板应用于基坑支护领域。柔模混凝土支护技术是标准设计混凝土在一定压力作用下浇注到柔性模板中而成的,利用柔性模板本身透水不透浆的性能,使混凝土中部分水分挤压流出柔性模板,因而能够浇注成高密度、高强度的混凝土。柔模混凝土的模体面积大,整体性好,且可根据基坑工程的要求制作大小不等,厚度不同的各种尺寸形状,适应性强。且施工过程实现了机械化,施工速度快,用工省,施工便利,工程质量和工程用料能有效控制。本文是针对该技术应用于基坑工程支护的设计方法及施工方法的研究。 本文提出了柔模混凝土支护的结构形式,其主要结构为锚杆和混凝土挡土墙。锚杆的主要作用是提高基坑土体自稳能力以及挂设、固定柔性模板。混凝土挡土墙则具有刚度大、整体性好、抗渗能力强等优点,并且锚杆穿过混凝土挡墙与土体连接在一起,两者共同变形承载,承载能力更高。 本文针对柔模混凝土支护应用于基坑工程建立了一套设计方法,主要包括支护结构内力计算方法、柔性模板结构与尺寸设计方法、植筋设计方法、锚杆设计方法及混凝土配合比设计方法,对各项支护参数的选取方法进行了研究,为柔模混凝土施工提供了依据。 在柔模混凝土设计为指导前提下,制定了基坑柔模混凝土支护技术施工方法,给出了施工工艺流程,对包括基坑土方开挖、锚杆施工、柔模施工、植筋施工及混凝土施工等施工方法进行了研究。 柔模混凝土支护技术作为一种新型基坑工程支护方式,精确的设计与可靠的施工是保证支护结构体安全可靠、经济合理的首要条件,也是推广该技术的基础。

Flexible Formwork Concrete Supporting Technology(FFCST) is a new method in the field of excavation engineering supporting, Flexible fiber material is the first time to used as a concrete form be used in excavation engineering.The FFCET is pouring the standard design concrete in the flexible formwork with certain pressure, it used The flexible formwork performance of permeating through water and not concrete slurry to filter out superfluous water from the flexible formwork, the pouring concrete has the characteristics of high-density and high-strength. The structure of flexible formwork concrete has the characteristic of big area and good integrity, and it can manufacture various form with different size and thickness when the require of the excavation engineering is different, the applicability is good. The construction process achieve mechanization, constructs quickly and conveniently, quality and material of engineering can be controlled in effect. This thesis mainly studies the method of design and construction ,how can the FFCST applied to excavation engineering supporting. In this paper, the structure form of the Flexible Formwork Concrete is given, which mainly include bolts and concrete retaining wall. The bolts can improve the stability of soil in excavation, and the Flexible Formwork can hang on the bolts and fix on it. The concrete wall have the advantage of good integrity form, high strength and strong ability of resist permeability, and the bolt through the concrete retaining wall together with the soil, the bolt and the concrete retaining wall work together to deformation, it has the higher load capacity. In this paper, a design methodology of the Flexible Formwork Concrete used in excavation engineering supporting has been build, including calculation of internal forces supporting structure, flexible Formwork structure and size of design, anchorage design, bolt design and concrete mix design method, the method of selecting support parameters were studied, it provides the basis for the construction of Flexible Formwork Concrete. In the context of Flexible Formwork Concrete design as a guide ,it develop a construction method of FFCST used in excavation engineering, given the construction process, including the excavation of earth excavation, anchor construction, Flexible Formwork construction, planting bar construction and concrete construction methods were studied. The FFCST as a new way of excavation engineering support, accurate and reliable construction designed to ensure safe and reliable support structure, it is the prerequisite of economic rationality, but also the promotion of the technology base.
