近年来,随着科技的不断发展,各行业领域的生产管理逐渐向数字化、智能化的方向迈进,行业领域移动专网水平远不能满足现有行业应用的发展需要。基于TD-LTE技术的移动通信专网系统以其高数据速率、分组传送、时延降低、广域覆盖和向下兼容等技术优势,满足行业用户对技术先进性以及安全可靠性方面的通信需求,为当前因技术落后面临发展困境的包括石油行业在内的各行业领域通信网络建设提供了良好的契机。 本文在分析国内外石油专网的发展现状以及比较现有应用于石油专网的多种无线通信技术的基础上,指出了石油专网的通信特点以及现有石油专网通信技术的不足,引出了4G通信技术TD-LTE的技术特点与行业应用优势。在此基础上,本文提出了一种基于TD-LTE技术的新型石油无线通信系统的设计方案,从TD-LTE的网络总体架构、专网总体架构、专网设备以及系统功能等方面对TD-LTE石油专网进行了阐述,通过比较公网与专网的差异,优化设计了专网核心网。 根据TD-LTE石油通信专网的系统模型,本文对专网的移动管理实体MME(Mobility Management Entity)进行了研究,并从行业应用角度、协议栈结构、接口关系等方面对专网MME业务的实现方法进行了分析。研究过程中,本文提出了专网特有的MME处理模型,设计并优化了切换过程、位置区更新过程、鉴权认证过程的相关业务过程的信令流程和软件实现过程,顺利完成了应用程序的软件移植及软硬件联调测试工作。 实验结果表明,基于TD-LTE技术的石油专网通信系统在集成了公网接入网功能与核心网功能于一体,精简了通信网元和通信协议后,仍可有效实现专网通信系统中MME的业务功能,为石油专网通信系统的建设奠定了坚实的基础。

With the development of technology, the production management for various industries gradually changes into digital, intelligent direction in recent years. The mobile private network function of industry fields can not meet the development needs of existing industry applications. The mobile private network communication system based on TD-LTE can meet the communication needs in advanced technology and safety aspects of industry users with its technical advantages like high data rate, packet transmission, lower latency, wide-area coverage, compatibility, etc. All these technical advantages provide a good developing chance for communication network construction of petroleum industries which face the developing trouble because of the outdated technology. On the basis of analyzing the development condition of domestic and foreign petroleum private network and comparing the wireless communication technologies which used in petroleum private network, this paper has pointed out its communication features and disadvantages of communication technology in petroleum private network, describes the technical characteristics and application advantages of TD-LTE at the same time. A new design project of wireless communication system in private petroleum communication network based on TD-LTE is proposed in this paper. Network architecture, equipments and function features of this system are described. This paper has designed the evolved packet core of private network after comparing the difference between public network and private network. According to the communication model of TD-LTE, the paper has studied the achievement of MME in the private network and analyzed it from the view of application, protocol stack and interface relationships. Simultaneously, the MME working model has been proposed. Moreover, the signaling achievement and code achievement of specific processes like handover process, route area updating process and authentication process have been designed and optimized. At the end, software transplantation and the combined debugging of software and hardware are completed in this paper. The experimental result has shown that the private petroleum communication system based on TD-LTE can effectively achieve mobility management functions after integrating the access network function and the oil network function, simplifying communication facilities and procotols, which will lay a solid foundation for the construction of the private petroleum communication network system.
