近年来我国煤矿事故频繁发生,造成重大经济损失和人员伤亡,现今的国内煤矿环境参数测试系统主要存在三大问题:一是传输速率低、实时性差;二是现有的传感器不同程度的存在精度差、可靠性不高、抗干扰能力差的缺陷;三是信息处理手段落后,不能综合处理各种环境参数,对矿井环境的实时监测数据不准确,造成失误。为了解决以上问题,在传统的矿井监测手段基础上,利用更加先进、更有优势的技术来构造井下安全测试系统是必然的发展趋势。
本文提出了采用下位机现场监控、CAN现场总线通信、上位机集中管理的环境参数测试系统的设计。该系统将现代化的微机测试技术和传统的测试理论相结合,采用LabVIEW图形化编程语言,模块化方法设计开发,增强了系统的实时性、可靠性、稳定性。该测试系统通过对瓦斯浓度和温度数据的采集与处理、数据库管理和报表生成等功能子模块实现了这两者的实时显示、分析、存储、查询等功能。
上位机设计了六大模块:(1)参数设置模块;(2)数据采集处理模块;(3)曲线显示模块;(4)超限报警模块;(5)数据存储查询模块;(6)报表打印生成模块。各模块均采用LabVIEW语言编写,设计出操作简单、可靠性高、可维护性好、具有交互式的图形界面的测试系统。该系统主要功能如下:(1)进行程序控制;(2)监视测试过程;(3)记录、整理并分析测试结果;(4)在测试过程中,通过相关界面显示测试信息,了解系统运行状态。
经实验验证,煤矿井下环境参数虚拟仪器测试系统满足了所要求的各种性能指标,该系统为其它测试系统的开发提供了应用方案,在工程中可以直接使用。

In recent years, accidents often took place in coal mines. Therefore, there were great financial losses and many workers lost their life. And there are mainly three disadvantages in the present test system. First of all, data are transmitted with a low speed. Secondly, present sensors are not accurate enough, not stable enough and they can’t resist interference enough. Thirdly, means of processing information are not advanced enough in the present system, and all kinds of environmental parameters can’t be processed comprehensively. Therefore, real-time monitoring data are not accurate and mistakes may be caused. Based on the disadvantages above, it is an inevitable development tendency to develop a security system using more advanced techniques.
In the paper, a design project of measuring environmental parameters is put forward. In the project, lower computers monitor devices on the spot, and upper computers are responsible for central administrators. And communications are realized using field bus. In the project, modern measuring technique of PC is combined with traditional measuring theory, the project adopts modularization design methods using LabVIEW graphic programming language. Therefore, the real-time performance, reliability and stability can be guaranteed. In the system, the density of gas and temperature can be displayed in time, analyzed, stored and inquired by realizing several sub-modules such as acquisition and processing of gas, database administration and generating reports and so on.
In the upper computer, six modules are designed, they are modules of parameters setting, data acquisition and processing, curve displaying, overlimits warning, data stored and inquired and generating reports and print. The system is realized by using LabVIEW language and there are many advantages such as easy operation methods, high reliability, easy maintenance, interactive graphical interfaces. The system mainly realizes functions as fallows, program control; monitoring processes of measuring; recording, sorting and analyzing measuring results; displaying measuring information by virtue of relative interface in the process of measuring and mastering operating status of the system.
It is turned out that virtual instruments test system of coal mine environmental parameters is satisfactory. The system provides an excellent design project for other measurement systems and it can be used in engineering.
