本文从高压喷射注浆加固机理、分类构造、影响因素、固结体基本物理力学性质入手,对水平旋喷桩的设计及施工工艺进行了探讨,运用Midas/GTS数值模拟软件,对三种不同预支护形式及不同开挖步距对隧道稳定性影响进行了研究,主要内容包括: 分析了高压喷射流的构造和特性、高压喷射流对土体的破坏作用及水平旋喷桩加固机理。分析指出当喷射的压力越高、喷嘴直径越大时,高压喷射注浆的加固效果越好,形成的固结体直径及强度越高。而且固结体的作用效果主要与土层性质及注浆参数的选择有密切关系。 对水平旋喷桩的施工工艺及施工方法中的一些设计进行了探讨和分析,得出了水平旋喷桩隧道预支护中的适用地层及其应用中的优缺点。通过比较水平旋喷桩、超前管棚、超前小导管三种预支护方式,分析得出水平旋喷桩有更好的经济效益,并能很好的维持隧道稳定性。 通过Midas/GTS数值模拟软件对水平旋喷桩、管棚、超前小导管不同预支护形式下对隧道稳定性的影响,并研究了在水平旋喷桩预支护下,不同开挖步距对隧道稳定性的影响,得出了水平旋喷桩预支护的作用效果和初步结论,并得到了在黄土地层隧道施工中合理的开挖步距为1.5m。 通过水平旋喷桩在实际工程中的应用,实践证明采用水平旋喷桩能很好的控制上方地表沉降、拱顶下沉及两帮变形量,能保证隧道的稳定性。同时与超前大管棚支护相比,在施工速率和经济效果上都具有一定的优势。

The paper is on the basis of the large number of previous research results,including mechanism of the high pressure jet grouting,classification structure,influencing factors,basic physical and mechanical properties of the horizontalsolidification,and design of horizontal jet grouting pile and construction techniques are discussed in the paper.applying the the numerical simulation software of Midas/GTS,In-depth study of the stability of the tunnel with the different pre-supporting and different excavation steps.The principal contents in paper is: This text studied deeply on the structure and characteristics of high-pressure squirt flow,its destructive effect on soil and action mechanism of forming pile by horizontal rotary jet grouting piles. Analysis pointed out that when the injection pressure is higher, nozzle diameter is larger,the grouting reinforcement effect is better, concretion body diameter and strength is higher. And the effects of consolidation of body depends mainly on the choose of soil properties and the selection of grouting parameters. Application range of horizontal rotary jet grouting piles pre-consolidation and its advantages and disadvantages are described. Meanwhile,the design for construction method of horizontal rotary jet grouting piles was analyzed to some extent. And this text concluded some aspects of this construction method including construction equipment,the design of process parameters,process steps,pile-test methods,frequently problems and corresponding treatments. Finally,some pre-reinforced methods were compared and analyzed with each other. By Midas/GTS numerical simulation software,In-depth study of the stability of the tunnel with the different pre-supporting of horizontal jet grouting,pipe roof,small pipe,and analysis the Stability of the tunnel of the horizontal jet grouting in different excavation step,functionary effect and preliminary conclusion byhorizontal rotary jet grouting piles pre-support technology was come out,and get a reasonable excavation step distance is 1.5m. By horizontal jet grouting pile in practical engineering,the application of practice shows that adopting horizontal jet grouting pile can be a very good control the surface settlement,vault subsidence and deformation of two above,so it can guarantee the stability of the tunnel. Compared with lead a great shed supporting at the same time,the construction rate has certain advantages and economic results.
