随着石化行业信息化建设的不断深入,“网络化、自动化、智能化”程度的不断提升,长庆油田分公司已经全面迈向大油田管理、大规模建设阶段,传统的物资管理手段已不能满足油田快速发展的需求。现阶段,油田物资管理工作的信息化程度较低,在数据采集层面尤为突出,这极大的制约了仓储管理工作的数字化建设。 本文对射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)和中间件技术的功能及特性进行了详细研究,对其发展现状进行了分析。针对目前长庆油田分公司物资供应处仓储管理存在员工工作强度大,工作误差较高,工作效率低等问题,结合RFID的功能和特性,提出使用RFID和中间件技术建设长庆油田仓储管理系统。本文主要研究长庆油田仓储管理中的钢材物资管理,长庆油田仓储中钢材分为02大类石油专用管材和03大类普通钢材两个大类,针对不同的包装形式及计量方式采用不同的仓储管理模式。在长庆油田咸阳转运站进行实地的考察、调研、系统设计开发并进行测试。基于RFID技术的油田仓储管理系统体系架构分为三层:底层是获取物体信息的感知层,主要由RFID、阅读器、电子标签、条形码等组成。第二层是WLAN网络构成的网络层,进行数据的传输。第三层是数据分析、流程管理等功能组成的智能处理层。本文采用RFID技术建设的油田仓储管理系统首先须对现有的仓储管理作业流程进行总结,其次结合RFID技术的应用方式进行业务流程改造,提高信息采集和利用水平,提高物资出库、入库以及库存管理效率,最后实现仓储管理的自动化,完成钢材物资的精细化管理要求。

With the development of information construction of petrochemical industry, the level of network, automation and intelligent rising, Changqing Oilfield Company has been fully towards the phase of large oilfield management and large-scale construction, the tools of traditional material management don’t meet the needs of rapid development of the oil fields. At the present stage, the information level of oilfiled material management is low, especially in the aspect of data collection, which greatly restricted the digital construction of warehouse management work. The paper detailed studied the function and characteristics of the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) and middleware technology, analysed the current situation of the development. For the problem (big working intensity, high work error and low work efficiency) of warehouse management system of changqing oilfield company material supply, combining with the function and characteristic of RFID, the paper proposed to use RFID and middleware technology to construct warehouse management system of changqing oilfield company. The paper mainly researched steel material management in warehouse management system of changqing oilfield company. The steel of changqing oilfield company divided into 02 kinds (special oil pipes) and 3 kinds (ordinary steel), according to different packaging forms and measurement methods adopt different mode of warehouse management. Researched, designed and tested of the system are held in xianyang transfer station of changqing oilfield company. Oilfield warehouse management system based on RFID was divided into three layers: the bottom was the perception layer, mainly contained RFID, reader, electronic labels, bar code, etc. The second layer was WLAN network layer, to transmit data.The third layer was intelligent processing layer, mainly contained data analysis and process management. The paper applied RFID to construct oilfield warehouse management system. Firstly, the process of existing warehouse management system was summarized. Secondly, business process combining with the application way of RFID was transformed, information collection and the level of utilization was improved, and the efficiency of material outbound, inventory and warehousing management was improved. Finally, the automation of warehouse management was realized, as well as the elaborating management requirements of steel supplies was completed.
