为了提高起落架减震器的自动化监测水平,在老式起落架减震器硬件平台的基础上,研究开发并改进了减震器数据自动采集与处理系统。该系统使用无线网络传输方式,对传感器采集到的数据进行拾取、上传和存储,实现当前对减震器在最大位移情况下,所受最大静载荷的在线实时测控,构建出一种新型减震器测量数据远程管理系统。本课题对减震器试验系统主要研究工作为: (1). 设计出减震器实时测量系统的完整结构,该结构总体包括试验平台的设计、减震器信号采集装置和计算机软件系统。试验平台的设计重点在于能够承载多大的静载荷,信号采集装置由压力传感器、位移传感器组成;软件系统包括数据采集、处理、曲线显示及存储等部分。系统采用WI-FI无线模块进行数据传输,能够实现设备采集装置与计算机之间的数据的无线传输。 (2). 选择Visual Studio开发环境C#和数据库管理系统SQL Server 2000作为上位机软件开发平台,采用面向对象的编程语言作为设计应用程序,包含的相应功能模块有用户管理模块、传感器标定模块、数据的处理模块、数据的显示模块、数据的查询模块等。数据采集模块使用C#开发串口通信类操作串口设备,便于数据传输系统布线传输数据,程序编写方便、简单易读;利用最小二乘法的直线拟合技术,可以确定测量值与实际值的对应关系,进行传感器标定;系统数据管理系统采用客户端/服务器模式,即Client/Server,用户可按不同的查询条件查看减震器在测试期间的数据和图表。 (3). 在系统采集功能完成后,对整机进行多次试验,将每次得到的测试结果,对比是否符合减振器在压缩过程中的规律。数据通过下位机传感器的采集表现出稳定性较好,上位机对数据的接收、处理功能正常,达到应用要求。

In order to improve the automation level of monitoring landing gear buffer, based on the old landing gear on the hardware platform, research and development and the improvement of the automatic acquisition and processing software buffer data. By using a wireless network mode, this system can pick-up, upload and storage the data collected by the sensor, real-time measurement and control when the shock absorber in the maximum displacement, the maximum static load, to build a new type of shock absorber data remote monitoring and management system. The main contents of landing gear test system are summarized as follows: (1) The complete structure of the real-time measuring system of shock absorber, including the overall: the acquisition terminal and computer software system. The hardware acquisition terminal is composed of a pressure sensor, displacement sensor, the temperature sensor; the software system includes data acquisition, processing, storage and curve display etc, by using the WI-FI wireless module for data transmission, wireless transmission between the device and computer data acquisition device. (2) Select the Visual Studio C# as the PC software development platform, adopting object-oriented modular design method, has carried on the corresponding function module design: The user management module, sensor module, data processing module, data display module, data query module. Among them, the data acquisition module using C# serial communication class operation of serial port equipment, improve the transmission accuracy of data, which makes programming convenient, simple and readable; Linear fitting by least square method, to measure the value and the actual value of the corresponding relationship between the sensor calibration; based on Client/Server, namely customer data management system / server mode, through the network database, the user can according to different query conditions see shock absorber during the test data and charts, realize the effective organization of sensor data and management. (3) On the system the basic function of the repeated test, the data obtained were processed and analysis, the obtained test results, comparing whether accord with the shock absorber in the compression process of the law. Data through the lower position machine gathering sensor exhibited good stability, the upper machine receiving, the data processing function is normal, can meet the application requirements.
