本文在对矿山固体废弃物产生环境污染的过程、机制,特别是对金属矿山尾矿库内流体流动、矿物溶解和结晶、金属矿物风化氧化、重金属迁移等方面调查研究分析的基础上,对海泡石作为矿山废水治理剂进行了实验研究。 热液型海泡石是一种具有很强吸附能力的天然矿物,其特殊的结构导致它具有良好的吸附性、流变性、催化性。为了从源头解决尾矿液对环境的污染,笔者利用产自洛南县的热液型海泡石,提纯后,经酸浸活化,制备一种处理尾矿液的新净化剂。本论文分别进行了对Pb2+、Cu2+、Zn2+的三种重金属溶液单独吸附实验和对三种离子混合溶液的吸附实验。结果表明,在三种重金属混合溶液中,三种离子只间存在着一定的干扰,与单独吸附时的效果不一样。特别是Pb2+的表现较明显,所以进行了Cu2+、Zn2+两种离子混合溶液的吸附实验,结果两种离子吸附效果与Pb2+存在时的吸附效果不一样。 1.5mol/L盐酸改性的海泡石对不同浓度Pb2+、Cu2+、Zn2+三种离子的去除效果最佳。在三种离子的重金属溶液单独吸附实验中:Cu2+的最佳去除率99.9%,Zn2+的最佳去除率99.38%,Pb2+的最佳去除率97.05%,Cu2+的吸附效果最好,而Zn2+ 的吸附效果比Pb2+的要好。而这一结论刚好验证了:离子半径越小,吸附效果越好(离子半径Cu2+﹤Zn2+﹤Pb2+);在三种重金属混合溶液中,Cu2+的最佳去除率99.38%,Zn2+的最佳去除率99.6%,Pb2+的最佳去除率99.94%,违背了离子半径越小,吸附效果越好的结论;在Cu2+、Zn2+两种离子混合溶液的吸附实验中,Cu2+的最佳去除率99.9%,Zn2+的最佳去除率99.09%,证明离子半径越小,吸附效果越好。因此,三种离子的关系有待进一步的分析和研究,也为处理尾矿液的新技术提供了一种新思路思想。

The text carried out the experimentation and research for the sepiolite deal with the mine waste water. That based on the investigate and analytical about the course , mechanism of the environmental pollution produced by the solid offal of mine. Especially for the fluid flow mineral dissolving and crystallization, metal mineral weathering and oxidization, heavy metal removal in the metal mine gangue storehouse. The weathering-typesepiolite is a kind of natural mineral which has very strong absorbs ability , the special structure conduced that it has good absorbs nature , rheological property, catalyzing. For solve gangue liquid pollution to environment from source, I utilize the weathering-typesepiolite, produced in LuoNan county, purified , soaked , activated by acid , to preparation a new clarificant to treatment gangue liquid. The text carried out the apart absorbing experiment about separately experiment and mix experiment of absorbing of solution to Pb2+ ,Cu 2+, Zn2+ three heavy metal liquid. The result indicates , mix in three kinds of heavy metal in liquid, three kinds of ion have certain interference, different with the result while absorbing alone. Especially the behavior of Pb2+ is relatively obvious, so has carried on Cu2+ , Zn2+ two mixed kinds of experiment of absorbing of the solution, then the result is different for two ion absorb and Pb2+ absorbing. 1.5mol/L sepiolite modified by hydrochloric acid has the best removal of rate to different density Pb2+, Cu2+, Zn2+. In the separately absorbing experiment of three kinds of ion heavy metal liquor: 99.9% best removal rates of Cu2+, 99.38% best removal rates of Zn2+, 97.05% best removal rates of Pb2+, the result of absorbing of Cu2+ is the best, and then the Zn2+ is better than Pb2+. And this conclusion has just proved: Ion radius more littler , absorbing result more better(Ion radius Cu2+﹤Zn2+﹤Pb2+); Mix liquid of three kinds of heavy metal: 99.38% best removal rates of Cu2+, 99.6% best removal rates of Zn2+, 99.94% best removal rate of Pb2+, violated the conclusion that Ion radius more littler, absorbing result more better; In absorbing experiment of Cu2+ , Zn2+ two kinds of ion mix liquor: 99.9% best removal rates of Cu2+ , best removal 99.09% rate of Zn2+,which also proved that ion radius more littler, absorbing result more better; So it await further analysis and study in relation between three kinds of ion, it is provided a new thinking for the new technology of dealing with gangue liquid either.
