伴随着我国基础设施的建设,在岩溶地区修建的隧道越来越多。由于复杂的地质条件,岩溶区修建隧道在国内外都是个技术难题。本文在总结国内外岩溶隧道施工现状的基础上,结合云雾山隧道具体情况,对岩溶隧道超前探测技术及处治方法进行了研究。 本文通过对岩溶隧道溶腔溶洞探测综合技术的研究,采取地质法、物探法(TSP203法、地质雷达法、红外探水法等)和钻探法(超前深孔钻探、超长炮孔钻探)等综合方法进行超前地质探测,成功判明溶洞的边界、范围、水量、水压、水质等参数,由降雨量和同期洞内溶腔涌水量观测统计,采用水均衡法预测出最不利条件下的溶腔涌水量,为制定溶腔处理方案降低施工风险提供科学依据。通过改进空口管、比选机械及钻具配套和钻孔工艺,针对不同填充类型溶腔使用不同型号的配套机械,实现带水钻探作业,使高压、富水、充填溶腔钻机钻进效率得到突破。通过对钻机钻进过程中探测的不同围岩的变化,以及钻孔角度、长度等参数分析,较准确的判释前方溶洞发育的地质特征。研究了释能降压施工技术,对溶腔内填充物性质、地表水文与溶洞的连通性等地质特性分析后,对溶洞溶腔采取爆破直接揭示,达到了降低水压、排除突泥突水风险的效果,该技术能快速通过高压、富水、充填溶腔。通过对云雾山隧道施工所遇到的岩溶进行分类,提出了分类整治的方针,形成了系统和科学的相应成套处理模式和技术方案。 云雾山隧道施工中通过运用综合超前探测技术和溶洞处治技术,安全地通过了隧道岩溶地段。本文的研究结果可为岩溶地区隧道施工提供参考。

With the development of infrastructure construction in our country, more and more tunnels build in karst region. Karst region due to the complicated geological conditions, construction of the tunnel is a difficult technical problem both at home and abroad.This article is on the basis of summarizing the status of karst tunnel construction in the domestie and international, combine the concrete conditions of the Yunwushan tunnel, rearchs the advanced detection and disposal methods technology in karst area. Through the research of karst tunnel cave detection technology, it could determine the boundary, scope, the success of water, water pressure, water quality parameters of the karst cave.Based on the observation of rainfall and inflow of the karst cave, the water balance method is used to predict the inflow in most unfavorable conditions, to provide a scientific basis for making the cavity treatment scheme to reduce the risk of construction.By studying the high pressure and rich water, filling cavity rig drilling efficiency get breakthrough, analysising rig parameters ang performance, aimed at different types of cavity filled with different types of form a complete set of machinery, by observation of the change of surrounding rock in the process of the detection, and the analysis of the drilling parameters such as Angle, length, the more accurate interpretation of the karst cave ahead geological features.Researching the energy release and depressurization construction technology, Based on the analysis of the geological characteristics of the nature of the cavity filler, surface hydrology and cave connectivity to take blasting directly revealed in Cave caverns, so as to reduce water pressure and exclude the risk of the sudden mud water inrush .The technique can quickly fill caverns through the high-pressure, water-rich. Through classifyjing the karst cave, the Yunwushan tunnel has proposed the classification management policy, to form the corresponding integrated treatment mode and technology solutions systematacially. By using synthesize advanced detection and disposal methods technology in the Yunwushan tunnel construction, pasts the karst area safely.the research result of this text can be provided as reference to the tunnel construction of karst aera.
