随着全国化工行业的迅速发展,化工企业迅速扩充,化工企业的安全事故也越来越平凡。其中误操作等人为事故给化工企业造成的损失也越来越受到重视。为了规范管理,防止误操作造成的人员伤亡及财产损失,对检修设备及操作设备施行“上锁/挂签”制度。然而,现有的“上锁/挂签”设备均是机械锁具,给操作人员带来了麻烦的同时,也不能保证现场与集控中心的同时性,给安全生产埋下了隐患。所以,一种能够实时监控“上锁/挂签”设备的系统及相关有效监控设备的出现显得尤为重要。
针对“上锁/挂签”中采用的机械锁具,保证“上锁/挂签”锁具正确无误并实时监控的问题,文中对现有几种无线通信技术和电子识别技术的原理,性能进行分析研究对比,采用了一种全新的无线智能手持机配备RFID技术的设备识别,远程监控和现场监控相结合的解决方案,不仅能简单有效的完成“上锁/挂签”,而且可以使中控人员在监控画面中监控操作设备,并远程下达操作指令,实现对“上锁/挂签”多点实时监控。
该方案采用RFID电子识别和Mesh网络技术,能够解决操作员、监护人及现场设备的识别,实现中控与现场操作人员的“上令下行”。文章详细阐述了“上锁/挂签”系统的组成,无线智能手持机的设计,以及无线网络的选择。该方案对化工企业施行的能力隔离“上锁/挂签”制度,具有一定的实际意义。

With the rapid development of the national chemical industry,the rapid expansion of the chemical enterprise,safety accidents in chemical enterprises is also more and more ordinary.The misoperation caused by chemical enterprise et al.The loss of the accident is being paid more and more attention.In order to standardize the management,prevent the misoperation caused casualties and property losses,the equipment maintenance and operating equipment “Lockout/Tagout” system implementation.However,the existing “Lockout/Tagout” equipment are mechanical lock,brought trouble at the same time to the operating personnel,also cannot guarantee the site and the center of control at the same time,to the safety in production hidden danger. Therefore a real-time monitoring “Lockout/Tagout” equipment and related effective monitoring equipment is very important.
The project adopts RFID electronic identification and Mesh Network technology,can solve the recognition operator,guardian and on-site equipment,implementation control and field operation personnel “Top Down”.The paper expounds the composition of “Lockout/Tagout” system,the design of handheld wireless intelligent machine,as well as the choice of wireless network.The ability to isolate the implementation of chemical enterprise “Lockout/Tagout” system,has certain practical significance.
