在过去的几十年里,大量的煤炭资源被开采利用,且大多数采用的是超常规和粗放式的开采方式,使得我国各大矿区都形成了大面积的采空区。与此同时,国家基础建设兴起,许多基础建筑例如高速公路、铁路、工业及民用建筑等不得不穿越或建立在老的采空区上。这样,老采空区地基上修建工程建筑的需要和采空区的“活化”变形之间形成了矛盾。进行老采空区建筑地基稳定性的研究,对于我国矿区土地资源的利用和矿区基础设施建设、矿区城镇规划等都具有很现实的意义。 本论文以徐州庞庄煤矿工业广场为研究对象,通过调查分析庞庄煤矿的煤系地层、地质构造、采矿及采空区分布特征,分析其采空区覆岩移动及“三带”发育破坏规律,运用概率积分法进行地表残余移动变形量计算。同时,本文利用FLAC3D模拟开采沉陷过程,研究煤层多层重复开采影响的地表变形规律。并进一步模拟建筑荷载下塑性场、位移场和破坏场的变化特征,分析了地表残余变形倾斜值、最大水平位移及曲率等,在此基础上,对研究区采空区建筑地基稳定性进行分区评价,并提出治理措施建议。 论文较深入分析了煤矿采空区上覆岩层应力重新分布和地表移动和变形的特征,并运用传统的理论计算和数值模拟方法来研究老采空区建筑地基的稳定性,并对庞庄工业广场工程建筑地基进行稳定性评价。为该电厂工程设计与施工提供了安全保障,对于类似采空区地基上的工程建设也具有积极的指导意义。

In the past decades, Mineral resources had been mined with extraordinary and extensive way. Large area and largescale goafs had been formed at the Major mining areas in central and western of our country. At the same time, because of the rising of national infrastructure, Many basic buildings, such as highway, railway, industrial and civil construction, have to Through or based on the goaf. So, there is a contradiction between the requirements of the building site based on the goafs and the activated deformation occur on the surface of the goaf. So, it is very important to pay attention to study on the stability of the building foundation with goaf, which has greatly importance realism sense to important infrastucture and utilize land of mined zone and programming of mining town. In this paper, The industry square site of Pangzhuang coal mine is studied. By analyzing its coal-bearing stratum, geological structure, mining and the distribution of goaf, motion and demolish regulars of overlying strata and the characteristics of "Three Zones" is established, the residual deflection of industry square surface is forecasted with probability-integral method. At the same time, considering the result of FLAC3D numerical simulation, the motion and demolish regulars of surface is researched by the influenced of repeat mining. On the basis of the state field, the FLAC3D is used to open out the changing characteristics of stress field, and to get the residual deformation dates of gradient, horizontal displacement and curvature,by means of which the stability of the building foundation on the goaf is analysed partition. And there are some suggestions about control measures should be taken. In this paper, the stresses redistribution, surface movement and deformation characteristics of the overburden rocks in the mined-out area were analysis deeply, and the stability of the building foundation on the goaf is evaluated by probability-integral method and numerical simulation method. the conclusions have gived the security for the design and construction of the power plant, some practical meaning for the coal mining. And we also provide some help to next study and engineering pratice.
