旅游业和城镇化对区域经济和社会发展有重要作用，两者之间具有紧密联系。随着旅游业和城镇化的快速发展，旅游业已经成为城镇化建设的动力之一，城镇化反过来能为旅游业提供支持，学术界也越来越关注二者之间的关系。陕南地区旅游资源丰富，但经济基础薄弱，城镇化发展水平低，怎样实现陕南旅游业和城镇化的良好发展，促进当地经济发展是亟待解决的现实问题。鉴于此，本文采用实证研究的方法研究陕南旅游业和城镇化的关系，试图为陕南旅游业发展和城镇化建设提供一定的借鉴和指导。 本文以陕南三市为研究对象，尝试构建旅游业和城镇化发展水平的评价指标体系，利用构建的指标体系测算得出综合发展指数，并进一步分析了二者之间的格兰杰因果关系，并提出相应建议。本文主要研究内容是： （1）在对旅游业和城镇化的内涵进行界定的基础上，结合现有研究以及陕南三市的实际情况，尝试从旅游产业业绩、旅游产业贡献和旅游产业基础三个方面构建旅游业发展水平评价指标体系，同时从人口城镇化、经济城镇化、社会城镇化和空间城镇化四个方面构建城镇化发展水平评价指标体系。 （2）根据所建立的评价指标体系，运用熵值法确定各指标的权重，再通过线性加权测算出陕南旅游业和城镇化综合发展指数，分析陕南三市旅游业、城镇化发展水平的时序变化和空间差异。结果显示：除个别年份外，陕南三市的旅游业、城镇化综合发展指数基本呈现出波动上升态势，汉中的旅游业和城镇化发展水平要高于安康和商洛，商洛的旅游业和城镇化发展水平经过快速发展超过了安康。 （3）对陕南三市2000-2014年旅游业与城镇化综合发展指数进行平稳性检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验，研究结果显示：汉中、商洛和安康三市的旅游业和城镇化均具有长期均衡关系；汉中的旅游业是城镇化的格兰杰原因，能有效带动城镇化的发展；商洛的城镇化是引起其旅游业变化的格兰杰原因，城镇化对旅游业的发展有显著的促进作用；在滞后阶数为2、3时，安康的旅游业是城镇化的格兰杰原因。最后根据研究结论对陕南三市的旅游业发展以及城镇化建设提出相应的对策建议。

Tourism and urbanization play important roles in the development of regional economy and they have a close connection. With the rapid development of tourism and urbanization, tourism has become a driving force to promote the process of urbanization; urbanization in turn can provide basic conditions for the development of the tourism industry. Academia also pays more and more attention to the relationship between the two. Southern Shaanxi is rich in tourism resources, but the economic foundation is weak and the development level of urbanization is low, how to achieve good development of Southern Shaanxi tourism and urbanization and promote local economic development is a realistic problem to be solved urgently. In view of this, this paper adopts empirical research method to study the relationship between tourism and urbanization in Southern Shaanxi, trying to provide reference and guidance for tourism development and urbanization construction. This paper takes Southern Shaanxi as the research object and tries to construct the index system of the tourism development level and urbanization development level, measures the comprehensive index based on the index system and makes further analysis of the Granger causality between the two, then puts forward the corresponding recommendations. The main contents of this paper are: (1)Based on the connotation of tourism industry and urbanization, combined with the existing research and the actual situation of the three cities in Southern Shaanxi, this paper builds the evaluation index system of tourism development level from the aspects of tourism performance, tourism industry contribution and tourism industry foundation. At the same time, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of urbanization from the aspects of population urbanization, economic urbanization, social urbanization and space urbanization. (2)This paper determines the weight of each index with entropy method based on the established evaluation index system, then calculates the comprehensive development index of tourism and urbanization of Southern Shaanxi by means of a weighted linear measurement, and makes analysis of temporal change and spatial difference of the tourism and urban development level of three cities in Southern Shaanxi. The results show that tourism and urbanization comprehensive development index of the three cities in Southern Shaanxi show a rising trend except for a few years, the tourism and urbanization development level of Hanzhong is higher than that of Ankang and Shangluo, the tourism and urbanization development level of Shangluo exceeds Ankang after the rapid development in recent years. (3)Finally, this paper measures the relationship between tourism and urbanization with the stationary test method, co-integration test method and Granger causality test method based on the tourism and urbanization comprehensive development index from 2000 to 2014 of Southern Shaanxi, results show that tourism and urbanization of the three cities in Southern Shaanxi have a long-term equilibrium relationship; tourism is the granger cause of urbanization in Hanzhong and Ankang, tourism can significantly promote the development of urbanization; urbanization is the granger cause of tourism industry in Shangluo, which can effectively promote the development of tourism; when the lag order is 2 or 3, tourism is the granger cause of urbanization in Ankang. At last this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the tourism development and urbanization construction to the three cities in Southern Shaanxi.
