本文依托陕西某热电厂的实际工程项目,根据实地考察测量和整理初始设计资料所得数据,对锅炉尾部到除尘器段的烟道进行方案优化设计。此段烟道加装烟气冷却器,且安装空间相对紧凑,故烟道流场的均匀性很难得到满足。本文采用Fluent软件对该管段进行物理建模和数值模拟,先通过改变烟道弯头的形式,选取适合本项目的弯头方案,再通过改变导流板安装方式以及弯头进出口是否进行变径,做出进一步的优化分析,从而确定最适合本项目的烟道方案,最后通过模拟不同烟气入口速度对方案进行验证。 |

This article relies on the actual engineering project of a certain thermal power plant in Shaanxi Province, and optimizes the design of the flue duct from the boiler tail to the dust collector section based on the data obtained from the field survey, measurement and initial design data. This section of flue is equipped with a flue gas cooler, and the installation space is relatively compact, so the uniformity of the flue flow field is difficult to meet. Therefore, the uniformity of the flue flow field is difficult to be satisfied. Therefore, this article uses Fluent software for physical modeling and numerical simulation of the pipe section. First, by changing the form of the flue bend, the suitable bend plan for this project is selected. Then, by changing the installation method of the deflectors and whether the inlet and outlet of the bend are changed, a further optimization analysis is made to determine the most suitable flue scheme for this project. Finally, the scheme is verified by simulating different flue gas inlet speeds. |
