煤矿的安全生产问题一直受到人们的普遍关注,随着煤矿信息化建设和行业现代化管理的需要,信息化标准化是我国煤炭行业信息化建设发展的总体趋势。
本文在对国内外信息化标准现状研究对比的基础上,分析了目前我国煤矿信息化标准存在的问题,为了有效地提高煤矿信息化建设的效率和规范性,消除信息孤岛,提高数据共享度,本文通过建设煤炭行业信息化标准体系及煤矿工业控制网与IP网的数据交换标准来实现这个目标。
本文针对目前煤炭行业信息化标准现状,研究设计了煤炭行业信息化标准体系的三维空间、逻辑模型、总体框架和层次关系;分析了煤矿工业控制网、IP网的网络结构;以煤矿安全监控系统为例,由数据交换过程得出需要建立统一的数据交换标准;研究并归纳了煤矿安全监控系统数据交换标准采用系列标准形式,分为4个部分:信息分类编码、文本格式的数据文件要求、数据库表结构、XML格式的数据文件要求;建议了各子标准的范围、规范性引用文件、术语定义和标准的主体内容。该内容作为课题组电子信息产业发展基金招标项目“煤矿安全生产自动化监测、监控和管理系统与标准研究制定”(课题编号:XDJ2-0514-27)的安全监控标准部分,基本技术指标达到了预期要求。该数据交换标准的应用能够统一煤矿安全监控系统数据交换的内容和格式,从而实现煤矿各级管理部门的数据共享和数据交换。最后就本文所做工作进行总结,对标准的进一步完善提出了几点设想。

Coal mine safety production problems are paid close attention all the time. With the coal industry informatization construction and modern management requirements, informatization standardization is the trend of coal industry informatization construction.
Based on the domestic and overseas informatization standards,this essay analyses the coal informatization standard problems in our country. To improve the efficiency and standardability of coal informatization construction, it proposes to draft informatization standard system of coal industry and standard for data exchange between industrial network and IP network.
On the analysis of status quo for informatization in coal mine, it designs the three-dimensional space, logical pattern, integrated framework and hierarchical relationship of informatization standard system of coal industry; it analyses the network structure of the industrial network and IP network in coal mine; it takes the data exchange of coal mine safety monitoring system as an example, and proposes the “data switching standard for coal mine safety monitoring system” should use series standard form and be divided into four parts: information classified code, data file in text format, database table structure and data file in XML format; it explains in detail the range, reference documents, term definition and body contents of the sub standards respectively .As the safety monitoring standard part of the project “Study and establishment of coal mine safety production automatic monitoring ,management system , standards ” , the basic technical indexes reaches the expected requirements. The content and format of data exchange of safety monitoring system can be unified by adopting this standard, which will make data sharing, information integration and management informationization become practical. Finally the author summed up the paper, and analyzed the develop trend of the standard.
