温度是表征物体冷热程度的物理量,它与人类生活和科学研究密切相关,在生产过程和科学研究中几乎没有不要求温度检测的。在工农业生产和日常生活中,对温度的测量及控制始终占据着重要地位。 挤塑温度,尤其是发泡料的挤出温度,是皮泡皮绝缘单线挤出工艺中最重要的工艺参数,挤出温度和挤出制品的质量有着密切的关系。因此,对挤塑温度的测控就具有十分重要的意义。 本文提出了采用下位机现场监控、RS232串行通信、上位机集中管理的挤塑机温度测控系统的设计。该系统将现代化的微机测控技术和传统的温度测试理论相结合,采用LabVIEW图形化编程语言,模块化方法设计开发,增强了软件的可靠性、稳定性。该测控系统通过对温度数据的采集与处理、数据库管理和报表生成等功能子模块实现了温度的实时显示、分析、存储等功能。 上位机的波形实时显示模块相当于一个虚拟的数字示波器。该模块采用LabVIEW语言编写,设计出操作简单、可靠性高、可维护性好、具有交互式的图形界面的测试监控系统。该系统主要功能如下:(1)进行程序控制;(2)监视测试过程;(3)记录、整理并分析测试结果;(4)在测试过程中,通过控制台界面显示测试信息,了解系统运行状态。 经实验验证,基于虚拟仪器技术的温度测控系统满足了所要求的各种性能指标,该系统为其它测控系统的开发提供了应用方案,在工程中可以直接使用。

The temperature shows the cool or warm of the object and is closely related to the human’s life and science research. The temperature exists in all aspects of product process and science research .The temperature measure and control dominates over the production of industry and agriculture and daily life. The temperature of extrusion moulding, especially temperature of the forth material crushed out, is the most important parameter to craftwork in extrusion mongline of tegument forth and tegument insulation. Extrusion temperature and extrusion product quality have a closely relationship. So it has a significant meaning to measure and control of the temperature on extrusion moulding. The thesis brings forward a new design in temperature control system which adopts hypogynous machine as the monitor,RS232 as the serial communication ,and epigenous machine as the centralized management. The system bases on the principal and subordinate bus network of the manage main station that is composed of computers and data measure control model that is composed of the microprocessor, and they are connected by RS232.It connects modern microcomputer measure and control technology with traditional temperature test theory. It adopts a graphic programmable language called LABVIEW and modularization method for design in order to enhance the reliability and stability of the software. The measure and control system carries out the real-time display, analysis, storage and other function of the temperature through collecting and processing temperature data, the management of the database and generating the functions model of the report forms. The display model of real-time waveform in epigenous machine which is equal to a virtual digital scope is coded with LabVIEW language. The system has a mutual graph supervising interface, and it has the advantages of simple operation and high liability and easy maintaining. The software system can perform the following operation :(1)programmed controlling;(2)monitoring the process of test;(3)recording, analyzing and dealing with the data of test, displaying and saving the useful data, furthermore, plotting the test curve;(4)in the process of test, providing the operational information by the console interface. Experiments prove that the measure and control system of temperature based on virtual instrument satisfies all performance index. And the system provides an application project for other testing systems. It can be directly used in engineering.
