工作流技术是工作流管理系统（WFMS）中的核心技术，也是提高业务过程效率和生产率的关键技术。以工作流为中心的第三代办公自动化系统包含众多实用功能和模块，强调协同工作，实现了对涉及人、事、文档、会议的自动化管理。 本文研究了工作流技术在办公自动化系统中的应用,提出了基于工作流管理的办公自动化系统模型。采用基于工作流的办公自动化系统开发方法，结合峰峰集团在信息化过程中所遇到的具体问题和需求，详细分析并设计实现了基于J2EE体系架构的办公自动化系统。论文阐述了该办公自动化系统的整体架构设计、功能模块设计及实现。在对工作流自动化技术、分类及其实现机制进行了深入的研究和探讨的基础上，构建了基于工作流的OA系统解决方案。该方案以工作流信息数据共享为核心，以具体业务流的各种状态数据来标识工作流的节点，实现了工作流的自动化，满足了峰峰集团的日常业务自动化运转的需求，实现各部门间、个人间的协同工作，日常办公信息资料全方位共享和流通，使日常办公更加高效化、规范化和科学化，提高了业务运转的效率。 该系统充分利用了J2EE体系架构的优势，采用J2EE的Session Bean和EntityBean技术，实现了业务逻辑和业务数据的分离，提高了系统的稳定性和可扩展性。

Workflow technique is the key technique of WFMS and also the main skill to improve efficiency and productivity of Bussiness Process. The third generation of OA system centered with Work flow contains many useful functions and modules. It emphasis on collaborative work and realize the automatized management of people, documents, as well as meeting. This paper researches the application of workflow technique in OA. It proposes a system model of OA based on workflow management. With this OA system development method and combined with the concrete questions and demands Fengfeng Group meet in the process of informationization, the author analyze and design a OA system based on J2EE structure in a detailed way. The paper described the overall design structure of the office automation system , its function module and realization. Based on the depth study and exploration of the workflow automation technology, classification and its implementation mechanisms, a solution was given out. This program use information data sharing workflow as a core and a variety of specific business flow state data to identify a workflow node, thus realize the automation of workflow, and also meet Fengfeng Group's needs of daily operation, which futher realize the cooperation between different departments or persons. The daily all around office information sharing and flow of information makes day-to-day business more efficient, standardized and scientific, so the efficiency of the bussiness operation is improved. The system makes fully use of the advantages of J2EE architecture, and uses J2EE's Session Bean and EntityBean technology, thus realize the separation of business logic and business data and enhance the system stability and extendibility.
