本文基于风险辨识理论和煤炭行业信息化监管国内外研究现状,针对六盘水市煤矿企业风险辨识与应急管理现状和存在的问题,结合矿山大数据和信息系统架构基本原理,建立了六盘水市煤矿风险辨识及应急信息体系与管控平台。

Coal is the main energy in China. Ensuring the safe production of coal mine is one of the important tasks of coal mine safety supervision in China. Liupanshui is an important coal producing city in China. Strengthening its safety production capacity and improving the level of safety management are of great significance to prevent coal mine disasters and accidents. Improving the level of information management can significantly enhance the ability of coal mine risk and hazard control and disaster emergency management. Combined with the current production safety needs of Liupanshui coal industry and based on the current information dispatching system of coal mining enterprises, the construction of Liupanshui coal mine safety risk control and emergency management system is particularly important to comprehensively improve the coal mine safety production capacity of Liupanshui City.

Based on the risk identification theory and the research status of information supervision of the coal industry at home and abroad, aiming at the current situation and existing problems of risk identification and emergency management of coal mining enterprises in Liupanshui City, combined with the basic principles of mine big data and information system architecture, this paper establishes the coal mine safety risk identification and emergency management and control system and management and control platform in Liupanshui City.
