通风系统是矿井生产系统的重要子系统,关系到矿井的安全生产。很多矿井重大安全事故的发生都与通风系统不合理或不可靠有关,研究通风系统可靠性具有重要的实践意义和理论价值。
矿井通风系统是由通风网络、通风动力设施和通风构筑物三个相互关联的子系统共同组成的可修复系统。由于通风系统的稳定性又与可靠性密切相关,所以在研究可靠性的同时考虑了风流稳定性的研究。因此本论文对矿井通风系统可靠性分析主要是从这四个方面入手。实例分析结合了通风安全分析软件的应用。
通风网络由多条风路组成,通风网络的可靠性也是以各条风路的可靠性为基础。研究风路可靠性时不仅要考虑该风路的风量是否在合理范围内,还把该风路风流质量作为约束条件,即要求该风路风流的数量和质量同在规定范围内。在确定通风网络可靠性时本文采用的是带有截断误差的基于网络简化技术的通风网络可靠度计算方法。针对主要通风机系统的冷储备可修特性,应用Markov过程理论,建立了矿井主要通风机的可靠性评价模型,推导了主要通风机系统的可靠度和平均首次故障时间的计算式。通风构筑物按作用不同可分为截断风流的构筑物、通过风流的构筑物和调节风流的构筑物三种,分别从这三个方面求得构筑物的可靠度,并确定出构筑物可靠度和相对可靠度两个指标。表征巷道风流稳定性的参数主要采用了敏感度和风流稳定度系数。结合上述可靠性分析方法,应用矿井通风安全分析软件,对黄陵二号矿的通风系统可靠性进行了分析。

The ventilation system is an important system of the mineral well assistance. It related to the personnel` s life safety in mine. Many casualties all relevant to the unreasonable and undependable ventilation system, it is practice meaning and theories value of the research on the reliability of ventilation system.
The ventilation system of mine is composed with ventilation network, ventilation dynamic and ventilation buildings. Simultaneously, the ventilation system of the stability and reliability are closely related, so the study of stability joined the airflow stability. Therefore, this paper on the reliability analysis of ventilation system in mine mainly study the above four fields. So reliability analysis of the ventilation system by adding a ventilation system safety analysis software.
The whole ventilation network is composed with many airways, and its reliability is based on the reliability of the airways. When studying the reliability of airways, not only whether the air quantity in the airway is in the appropriate range is considered, but also the concentration of gas, temperature and concentration of toxic and noxious gas is considered as constraint conditions, That is to say, the air quantity and the air quality are required in the defined range at the same time. When determining the reliability of the ventilation network a new algorithm, whose name is disjoint minimum path set method based on truncation error theory and network simplification technology, is put forward in the dissertation, and the new algorithm can be used to compute the reliability of very-large-scale ventilation network. As for the repairable property of ventilation dynamic system, the reliability analyzing model is set up by using the Markov Process theory. Ventilation buildings are classed as obstructing building, winded building and adjusting building, and their reliability is described respectively according their air leak rate .In this paper, Combination of the above reliability analyzing methods and ventilation software, analysis of the reliability of Huang Ling Ⅱmining.
