随着我国经济的快速发展,对煤炭资源的需求量日益增大。新疆作为煤炭资源大省在煤炭工业发展进程中占据重要地位,然而受地质条件和外运条件的制约,新疆煤矿规模普遍较小,存在设备老化、技术落后、配套设施不完善和安全状况差等不利因素,给矿井的进一步发展带来诸多困难。因此,对小型矿井进行技术改造具有非常重要的现实意义。
本论文在分析红星煤矿井田的地形条件、地质条件、煤层赋存条件、水文地质条件、开采技术条件和外部现状的基础上,提出了生产能力由现在9万t/a矿井改扩建成生产能力为90万t/a矿井的实施方案。采用方案比较法和数学分析法,对矿井改扩建中的开拓系统、采煤工艺和设备选型进行研究。为了提高矿井的生产能力和安全性,开拓系统确定为主提升反斜井开拓方案;采煤方法选择走向长壁综合机械化放顶煤采煤法,采用预先深孔爆破弱化技术对顶煤进行弱化;并对主井提升设备进行选型分析,确定适合矿井生产能力的提升设备。在保证安全生产的前提下最大限度地降低矿井基建投资,提高矿井的经济效益,为该研究具体工程实践可行性提供了较为充分的前提条件。
通过本文的研究,为解决红星煤矿技术改造关键问题提供了技术支持,推动了新技术在红星煤矿的应用,同时降低了工人的劳动强度和改善了作业环境,为实现以人为本的治矿理念奠定了基础,同时也为相似矿井技术改造提供了有益参考。

With the development of Chinese economic rapidly, the demand to coal resource becomes increasing. Xinjiang as a province has rich coal resources, it occupies an important position in the development process of the coal industry. Because of the limit of geological conditions and sinotrans conditions. Coal mines in Xinjiang have some unfavorable factors which have brought a lot of difficulties to the further development of the mine, small-scale generally, aging equipment, backward technology, inadequate facilities, poor security situation and so on. Therefore, the technological transformation to small mines has very important practical significance.
Based on the analysis of topographic conditions, geological conditions, coal seam conditions, hydrogeological conditions, mining conditions and the external current situation in Hongxing coal mine, it proposed an implementation that production capacity increase from 90,000t/a to 900,000t/a in the paper. Comparison with the program and mathematical analysis, give a research in reconstruction and extension of the mine development system, coal mining technology and equipment selection. In order to improve mine productivity and security, selectting the main counter-shaft develop program; mechanized longwall caving mining method, using advance deep blasting technology to weaken the top coal ; and selection analysis to the main shaft hoisting equipment is determined by the capacity of lifting equipment for mine. On the condition of safety production, minimize the mine infrastructure investment, improve the economic benefits of mining, provided a sufficient precondition for the feasibility study on engineering practice.
Through this research, it will provide a technical support to solve key issues of technological transformation in Hongxing mine, promote new technologies in the Star Mine, while reduce labor intensity and improve the operating environment, at the base of the realization of people-centered governance mine concept, but also provides a useful reference for transformation of the similar mine.
