钢丝绳作为生产、生活中必不可少的部件,广泛的应用于多个行业。钢丝绳作为牵引和承载的重要部分,其安全可靠性直接影响人身及设备的安全。但是从钢丝绳的现场运行条件及钢丝绳的复杂结构来说,钢丝绳缺陷的检测变的十分困难。所以对于能研究出有效鉴别钢丝绳断丝、损伤、缺陷的检测系统是非常迫切的,能有效检测钢丝绳的信息,确保钢丝绳的安全运行。
本文是应用弱磁检测原理对钢丝绳进行损伤的识别,并且是基于DSP的钢丝绳实时在线检测系统。本文主要针对钢丝绳损伤鉴别的方法和钢丝绳弱磁检测的原理进行了介绍,并对检测系统硬件进行了设计,主要包含了基于DSP的数据处理部分、传感器和编码器输入的部分,以及LCD液晶屏的数据显示部分。弱磁传感器采集到钢丝绳损伤信息后经过A/D转化后,DSP进行信号的处理,在通过LCD液晶屏显示所检测的结果,运用行程编码器提供钢丝绳损伤位置的信息。
本文完成了电源模块、信号采集模块、DSP电路、数据存储、通讯接口、键盘输入、行程编码器、LCD液晶显示模块等电路设计。所设计的系统功能较全,轻巧便捷,满足了对钢丝绳实时检测系统的硬件需求。
钢丝绳实时在线检测系统的软件部分,通过移植了文件系统,编写了图形库,实现了钢丝绳检测结果在LCD液晶屏上显示。根据生产及应用现场的实际情况,把软件系统分为“在线检测”、“检测记录查询”、“软件系统信息”、“系统状态设置”四个菜单,各个菜单之间相互独立,结构清晰,方便操作人员的使用和及时查找故障记录,提高了实时检测的快速性。
最后,在现场对本次设计的钢丝绳实时在线检测系统进行了实验,对钢丝绳损伤识别能力进行检验。通过现场测试,该系统能有效的判别钢丝绳的断丝,局部缺陷等,可以有效的辨别损伤出现的位置,并与实际相比较,检测结果同实际损伤位置相吻合,达到了本次设计的要求,实现了钢丝绳实时在线检测的目的。

Wire rope as essential for production and life of the parts, widely used in a variety of industries, as an important part of the traction rope and the safety and reliability of the bearing, it should not be ignored, if the rope break safety accidents, will cause significant economic losses and casualties. However, it is very difficult to detect the defects of the wire rope from the field operation conditions and the complex structure of the wire rope. Therefore, it is very urgent to study the effective detection system of wire rope broken wire, damage and defect, which can effectively detect the information of wire rope, and ensure the safe operation of wire rope.
In this paper, the damage detection of the steel wire rope is carried out by using the principle of weak magnetic detection, and it is based on DSP. In this paper, the main method for wire rope and wire rope damage identification principle of weak magnetic detection are introduced, and the detection system hardware design, mainly includes the processing of DSP data, sensor and encoder input part and data based on the LCD display part. Weak magnetic sensor wire rope damage information after A/D transformation, DSP signal processing, through the LCD display of the test result, provide the wire rope damage location information using stroke encoder.
In this paper, the power supply module, signal acquisition module, DSP circuit, data storage, communication interface, keyboard input, travel encoder, LCD module circuit design. The function of the system is more complete, lightweight and convenient, which meets the hardware requirements of the real-time detection system of steel wire rope.
The software part of the on-line detection system of the steel wire rope, through the transplantation of the file system, the preparation of the graphics library, to achieve the results of wire rope detection on the LCD screen display. According to the actual situation of production and application, the software system is divided into "online detection" and "detection records", "information system" and "system settings" four menu, each menu are mutually independent, clear structure, convenient operation and timely troubleshooting personnel records, improve the rapidity real time detection.
Finally, the field experiments were carried out on the wire rope online detection system of this design, testing of wire rope damage identification ability, through on-site testing, the system can distinguish broken wire rope effectively, local defects, can effectively identify the damage location, and compared with the actual test. The results with the actual damage position is consistent, reached the design requirements, to achieve the purpose of real-time online detection of wire rope.
