从党的十九大报告第一次提出乡村振兴战略，迄今为止，乡村振兴已成为中国农村社会经济发展新时期的主题词及主旋律。乡村旅游与乡村振兴密不可分、相辅而行。乡村振兴是乡村旅游发展的基础和前提，推动乡村旅游向着可持续、健康、稳定的方向迈进。乡村旅游发展对乡村振兴具有支撑作用，是解决“三农”问题的关键抓手，为乡村振兴提供新动能。

本文以马克思、恩格斯的可持续发展思想以及中国特色可持续发展思想为基础，运用文献研究法、面对面访谈法、调查研究法，系统梳理了乡村旅游可持续发展与乡村振兴的理论渊源及发展脉络，界定了乡村旅游可持续发展相关概念，提出了乡村旅游可持续发展应遵循的基本原则，阐述了乡村振兴与乡村旅游可持续发展的内在关系。四川苍溪县地处四川盆地北缘，拥有丰富的旅游资源，在中西部地区极具代表性。十九大以来，在乡村振兴战略的指引下，苍溪县也搭上了我国乡村旅游发展的快车，但经过一定时期蓬勃发展以后，近年来苍溪县乡村旅游遭遇了发展瓶颈，主要体现为乡村旅游可持续发展问题。笔者选取了苍溪县下辖乡镇的主要乡村旅游景点进行调查研究，探寻出苍溪县乡村旅游可持续发展存在的五大方面问题：产业链不完整，融合度不高；旅游发展与环境保护矛盾凸显；文旅融合度不高，产品同质化程度较高；缺乏专业人才，人才流失现象严重；部分乡镇基层党组织作用缺失。最终在对问题成因进行深入分析基础上，提出了乡村振兴视域下促进苍溪县乡村旅游可持续性发展的策略：坚持产业振兴——促进乡村旅游经济可持续发展；生态振兴——促进乡村旅游生态环境可持续发展；文化振兴——促进乡村旅游文化可持续发展；人才振兴——促进乡村旅游人才可持续发展；组织振兴——促进乡村旅游基层党建可持续发展，以期为四川苍溪乡村旅游可持续发展提供一定助力。

The development of rural tourism has a supporting role in rural revitalization, is a key starting point to solve the problem of "three farmers", and provides new momentum for rural revitalization.

Based on the sustainable development thought of Marx and Engels and the thought of sustainable development with Chinese characteristics, this paper uses the method of literature research, face-to-face interview and investigation to systematically sort out the theoretical origin and development context of sustainable development and rural revitalization of rural tourism, and defines the relevant concepts of sustainable development of rural tourism. This paper puts forward the basic principles that should be followed for the sustainable development of rural tourism, and expounds the internal relationship between the rural revitalization and the sustainable development of rural tourism. Cangxi County, located in the northern margin of Sichuan Basin, has rich tourism resources and is very representative in the central and western regions. Since the 19th National Congress, under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy, Cangxi County has also caught the express train of rural tourism development in China. However, after a certain period of vigorous development, in recent years, Cangxi County rural tourism has encountered a bottleneck, which is mainly reflected in the sustainable development of rural tourism. The author selected the main rural tourist attractions of the townships under the jurisdiction of Cangxi County for investigation and research, and found out the five problems existing in the sustainable development of rural tourism in Cangxi County: the industrial chain is incomplete, the integration degree is not high; The contradiction between tourism development and environmental protection is prominent; The integration of culture and tourism is not high, and the homogenization of products is high; Lack of professional talents, brain drain phenomenon is serious; The role of grass-roots party organizations in some townships is lacking. Finally, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems, the author puts forward the strategies to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Cangxi County from the perspective of rural revitalization: adhere to industrial revitalization -- promote the sustainable development of rural tourism economy; Ecological revitalization -- promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism ecological environment; Cultural revitalization - promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism culture; Talent revitalization -- promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism talent; Organization revitalization - Promote the sustainable development of rural tourism grassroots party building, in order to provide a certain boost for the sustainable development of rural tourism in Cangxi, Sichuan.
