太阳能是可再生能源和新能源的重要组成部分,光伏发电是太阳能利用中含量最高最有前途的技术。光伏发电系统可以解决我国偏远无电地区人民生活用电问题,还可弥补城市供电紧缺等问题。为了能在实验室中进行光伏发电系统研究,需要一种可以模拟太阳能电池板输出特性曲线的装置。本文设计了一种新型的太阳能电池实验模拟装置来模拟太阳能电池在任意工况下的输出特性。
本文在对太阳能电池模拟器工作原理的研究基础上,提出了利用开关电源制作的数字式太阳能电池模拟器输出有纹波,存在毛刺的问题,针对这些问题给出了解决方法。根据系统的设计要求和输出需求,给出了本装置的总体设计方案。模拟装置主要包括两部分设计:主功率电路设计和控制系统设计。
主功率电路为具有一定输出功率的受电流控制的恒压源,采用开关稳压电源和线性稳压电源相结合的方式来实现输出电压的稳定。本文对主功率电路的两个模块进行了工作原理分析和详细的电路设计。
控制系统的核心控制器选用TI公司的TMS320F2812,通过对控制系统软硬件的设计,实现对开关稳压电源和线性稳压电源的双环控制,稳定输出电压。采用计算法和查表法相结合的控制算法使模拟装置按照太阳能特性曲线输出。设计的人机交互界面控制芯片采用STM32F103,主要负责光伏曲线的实时录入、光伏曲线和当前曲线下的负载电压电流显示。
基于上述设计,搭建了1KW太阳能电池实验模拟装置样机,通过系统仿真和样机测试,表明本装置能够较好的模拟太阳能电池输出特性,为光伏系统研究提供一个良好的实验平台。

Solar energy is an important part of renewable energy and new energy , photovoltaic solar energy is the most abundant of the most promising technologies. Photovoltaic power generation systems can solve our people's lives in remote areas without electricity. also can make up for the city problem such as power supply shortage.. In order to perform photovoltaic power generation system in the laboratory studies , need an output characteristic curve of the device can simulate solar panels. This paper designs a new type of solar cell experiment simulator to simulate the solar panels to generate electricity..
Research work on the principle of solar simulator , proposed the use of digital switching power production solar simulator output has ripple glitch problems exist for the solution of these problems is given . According to the design requirements and output requirements of the system , given the overall design of the device. Simulator consists of two parts of the design : the main power circuit design and control system design.
The main circuit is a constant voltage source with an output power by a current control , by adopting the combination of switch power supply and linear power supply way to stabilize the output voltage. Two main circuit module for the working principle was analyzed, and the design of main circuit in detail.
The core of the control system controller chooses TMS320F2812 of TI company, through the design of control system hardware and software, the main circuit implementation of solar panels output characteristic curve of the simulation. The control system of a switching circuit and the linear regulator circuit of double loop control with the main circuit stable output voltage. Use STM32F103 design of man-machine interface control chip, which can realize real-time entry, photovoltaic pv curve under the curve and the curve of load voltage current display.
Based on the above design, set up the experiment simulator prototype 1 kw solar cells, through the system simulation and prototype test, show that this device can better simulate the solar cell output characteristics, for the study of the photovoltaic system provide a good experiment platform.
