随着通信技术的发展,无线通信网络在工业数据传输中的应用日益增多。目前在工业数据传输领域大多采用有线的通信方式进行,虽然经济实用,但在很大程度上限制了应用场合的拓展。为了使远距离的数据传输实现更灵活方便,本文选用GPRS技术进行远程数据的传输。GPRS 网络具有网络覆盖率高、永远在线等优势,已广泛应用于电力、铁路、石油等行业,这必将成为工业控制及远程监测等领域的发展趋势。
基于GPRS技术的远程数据传输系统主要由数据中心和传输终端组成,数据中心和传输终端通过Internet和GPRS网络联系起来,采用客户机/服务器模式、面向连接的TCP服务实现了数据的网络通信。数据中心采用一台接入Internet的PC机,传输终端以S3C44B0X处理器为核心,和外围芯片接口构成嵌入式计算机硬件平台,终端经GPRS模块接入移动网络,通过移动的网关接入Internet。
通过比较目前应用的数据传输方式,提出了采用GPRS进行远程数据传输的技术方案。详细阐述了GPRS的体系结构和GPRS的网络特性。设计了基于GPRS的数据传输系统的方案,主要包括系统的组网方案、通信方案的选择和各组成部分的功能,采用APN技术保证了数据传输的可靠性和安全性。本方案采用μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统作为软件开发体系,和嵌入式硬件平台组成DTU终端,实现了数据的透明传输。分析了TCP/IP协议,采用MFC中的Csocket类设计了数据中心,完成了数据中心与传输终端的网络通信。设计了DNS服务,同时采用ODBC链接对数据进行了管理。并通过实验对数据在传输过程中的可靠性和安全性进行了基本的验证。

With the development of the communication technology, the wireless network is applied in the data transmission of the industry more and more. At present, the way of wired communication to transmit data has been mostly used in the field of industry, though very economical and practical, wired data transmission has limited its application prospects to a large extent. In order to make the remote transmission more flexible and convenient, in this paper, GPRS technology has been selected to transmit the remote data. There has the advantage of wide coverage, always online characteristics on GPRS technology, which can also been widely used in electronic control, railway, petroleum,etc. This shows the trend in the field of industrial control and remote monitoring.
In this Paper, the remote data communication system based on GPRS composed of the data center and the transmission terminal, which are connected through the Internet and GPRS network. Taking the client/server model and the connection serve as a whole is to carry out network transmission. The data center can be a computer with the function of network, and the transmission terminal is an embedded system that consisted of S3C44B0X processor and other interfaces. And it can be connected to the Internet through a GPRS modem.
Through compared the present ways of the wireless data transmission, GPRS has been choosen as to transmit the remote data. Firstly, explaining the GPRS in detail, including its system frame and its network feature. Then, designing the data communication system, mainly analyzing the form-net project and the communication scheme of the system,and the function of the constitution, besides, analyzing the system’s security . Adopting theμC/OS-Ⅱ as the software development platform and the S3C44B0X processor and other interfaces to constitute the DTU terminal,which realized the data transparence transmission.MFC’s Csocket has been taken to design the data center, and realized the communication between the data center and the terminal,so did the DNS server. At the same time, the ODBC technology has been applied to manage the data ,too.
