红柳林煤矿北一盘区4-2煤回采巷道为受风化岩影响的浅埋薄基岩大断面回采巷道,顶板风化岩分布不均匀,使得煤层顶板岩性复杂多变,支护难度大。陕北矿区风氧化岩影响的问题较为普遍,研究红柳林煤矿北一盘区4-2煤回采巷道支护技术,对红柳林煤矿和整个陕北煤矿的安全高效生产具有重要的意义。
本文以红柳林煤矿北一盘区4-2煤回采巷道为研究对象,运用理论分析和数值模拟等方法进行研究。首先实测围岩力学参数,进行巷道围岩分区,分析浅埋薄基岩回采巷道围岩破坏影响因素和破坏特征,估算了巷道围岩松动圈范围,在充分考虑采动影响的前提下,据此设计锚杆支护参数,并运用数值模拟进行巷道支护前后的变形破坏分析,优化了设计方案。
由于红柳林煤矿北一盘区4-2煤回采巷道顶板条件复杂,风化岩分布不均,部分范围内顶板完整情况良好,部分范围受到风氧化影响。因此本文根据地质勘测资料,以4-2煤顶板上7m范围内岩层中是否出现风化岩为标准,将巷道顶板分为风化破碎区、顶板完整区、顶板弱风化区三种不同顶板条件的区域。
本文在根据巷道顶板受风化岩影响状况分区的基础上,提出适合于浅埋薄基岩大断面回采巷道在受顶板风化岩影响下的分区支护方案,并将研究成果运用于现场工程实践,取得了良好成果。

Mining roadway in 4-2 coal seam No.1 Noth panel of Hong Liulin Coal Mine is a large section of shallow thin bedrock weathering rock affected roadway, roof weathered rock unevenly distributed, so that seam roof lithologic complex, difficult to support. Northern Shaanxi coal seam mining in general is shallow, there is a rock influence of wind oxidation problems are more common, a study of Hong Liulin Coal Mine North Zone 4-2 coal seam with technology, security and the entire northern Shaanxi Hong Liulin Coal Mine efficient production of significance, but also can be extended to the influence of rock weathering shallow bedrock of large section roadway support.
Taking Hong Liulin Coal Mine 4-2 coal seam No.1 panel mining roadway for the study, theoretical analysis and computer simulation and other methods of research. First of fractured rock mechanics parameters, roadway partition in shallow thin bedrock tunnel surrounding rock damage and failure characteristics of influencing factors, the estimated range of surrounding rock loose circle, taking full account of the impact of mining the premise, according to this design bolting parameters, and numerical simulation is deformed roadway support before and after the failure analysis, to optimize the design.
In this paper, according to the tunnel roof rock weathering the impact of the situation on the basis of the partition proposed suitable for Shallowly Buried in large section roadway support technology that is segmented roof weathered rock influence, and applied research field engineering practice and achieved good results.
