高职院校按照现代社会分工细化的特点，将专业设置得愈来愈细密，注重理论知识的灌输，忽视了受教育者创新能力的培养，片面强调实践技能的掌握，忽略了受教育者健全精神世界的建构，一定程度上抑制了受教育者的全面发展。 　　艺术教育作为素质教育的重要组成部分，在高职院校的人才培养方面起着不可替代的作用。艺术教育理应承担“授艺”与“育人”的双重责任，通过课堂教学、课外活动等多种形式，使学生充分陶冶性情、交流思想、完善品格，进而将学生培养成懂美、爱美且具高尚职业道德的人。 　　本文通过席勒的“审美至善论”对当今教育的影响和启示；探讨了素质教育视阈下高职院校“美善相谐”艺术教育实施的原则和内涵；在对山西省晋东南部分高职院校艺术教育存在的问题进行调查、分析的基础上，进一步提出了“美善相谐”实施的基本策略和具体措施，以期为其他高职院校艺术教育的实践提供一些有益的启示。 　　高职教育不能没有艺术教育。加强艺术教育不仅是提高高职学生整体素质的有效方法，而且是帮助高职学生培养高尚的职业道德，提升高职毕业生就业能力的有效手段。高职院校加强艺术教育，要有科学的途径和方法，在笔者看来，“美善相谐”的艺术教育不失为最佳选择，这也是本文的创新之处。

Professional settings have become increasingly detailed in accordance with the characteristics of Vocational Specialization, focused on the inculcation of theoretical knowledge, ignored the innovation ability of the educated, one-sided emphasis on practice and skill mastery, ignored the educated sound construction of the spiritual world, to some extent inhibited the full development of the educated. 　　As an important component of quality education, arts educatio play an irreplaceable role in personnel training of vocational institutions. Arts education should take the dual responsibility of teaching and nurture, through classroom teaching, extracurricular activities and other means to enable students to fully refine their temperament, exchange ideas, improve the character, and then to train the students to be understanding and loving beauty possessing high professional ethics. 　　By influence and inspiration of Schiller's "Aesthetic perfection" on contemporary education, this paper discusses the principles and content of Art Education "harmonic beauty and good in higher Education Institutions; This paper further proposed the fundamental strategy and of harmonic beauty and good on the investigation and analysis about the Problems of the Higher Education arts institutions in southeastern Shanxi, to Expect to providing some useful Inspiration for arts education in other vocational colleges. 　　Higher education can not be without arts education. Strengthen arts education is not only an effective way to improve the overall quality of vocational students in, and that is effective means to help students develop vocational high professional ethics, to enhance the employability of graduates. Strengthening arts education in higher vocational school must have scientific ways and means, in my opinion, "harmonic beauty and good" of art education will be your best choice, which is innovation of this paper
