自我约束管理。同时,安全生产责任也会给矿工带来压力,适度的安全生产责任压力有助于强化矿工行为安全管理,过高的或过低的安全生产责任压力不利于矿工行为安全管理。科学管理矿工安全生产责任压力需要掌握矿工安全生产责任压力的影响因素有哪些,这些因素是如何影响安全生产责任压力的,这些影响因素的演化规律是什么,安全生产责任压力是如何影响矿工的行为,这些问题目前还没有得到解决。
首先通过文献研究、理论分析界定了矿工安全生产责任压力的概念和内涵,其次采用文献研究、扎根理论质性法提炼、确定了矿工安全生产责任压力的影响因素,然后基于压力认知交互理论、JD-R模型理论、扎根理论、访谈、问卷调查、SPSS、结构方程、OLS分析等理论方法构建并检验了矿工安全生产责任压力的影响因素的作用机理理论模型,接着基于情绪认知评价理论、正念压力缓冲理论、层次回归分析和 Bootstrap 等理论方法构建并检验了安全生产责任压力对矿工不安全行为的影响理论模型,最后基于系统动力学、Matlab、BP神经网络等理论方法对矿工安全生产责任压力的影响因素及对不安全行为的影响进行仿真和情景模拟,揭示了矿工安全生产责任压力的影响因素及对不安全行为的影响的动态演化规律。
通过研究,得到主要研究结论如下:
(1)矿工安全生产责任压力指当与岗位有关的安全生产责任对矿工提出的责任要求和事后追责对矿工造成的刺激超出矿工应对能力时,引发的紧张、焦虑等身心状况。在基本属性方面,安全生产责任压力具有可测量、可调节和动态性的特征;在视角方面,安全生产责任压力更聚焦于责任主体在安全生产体系中的定位与角色,重点揭示由职责履行要求与问责机制共同引发的个体身心应激反应。
(2)矿工安全生产责任压力的形成受多种因素交互影响,影响因素呈现多级嵌套结构,因素之间存在明显的因果关联。具体表现为:矿工安全生产责任压力的影响因素有安全制度要求、安全作业要求、外部监管要求、追究问责、认知评估、个体资源和工作资源;安全制度要求、安全作业要求、外部监管要求和追究问责是矿工安全生产责任压力的压力源;认知评估、个体资源和工作资源作为压力应对因素影响矿工安全生产责任压力的大小。
(3)矿工安全生产责任压力的影响因素的作用机理有系统性、动态差异性、可干预性特点,作用机理可抽象为压力源通过直接作用及认知评估的中介作用影响矿工安全生产责任压力,而个体资源和工作资源可有效调节这一过程。①矿工对安全生产责任压力源的感知存在时间差异和个体差异。②安全生产责任压力源构成安全生产责压力的直接诱因,显著正向影响矿工安全生产责任压力。③安全生产责任压力源亦可通过认知评估间接影响矿工安全生产责任压力,认知评估在这一路径中发挥部分中介作用,矿工安全生产责任压力源具有双重作用路径。④个体资源、工作资源在安全生产责任压力源—认知评估—安全生产责任压力这一路径上发挥负向调节作用。
(4)矿工安全生产责任压力通过直接作用及焦虑、情绪耗竭的中介作用影响不安全行为,而特质正念可有效调节这一过程。①安全生产责任压力对矿工不安全行为具有显著直接影响,其中制度压力影响最为突出。②焦虑在压力与不安全行为间发挥显著的中介效应,安全生产责任压力会显著诱发矿工焦虑情绪。③情绪耗竭同样具有显著的中介效应,长期压力会通过持续消耗矿工体能储备和增加心理负担导致情绪耗竭,这种状态会降低矿工对作业环境的警觉性,并促使其采取不安全行为来尽快摆脱不适状态。④焦虑和情绪耗竭存在链式中介效应,压力首先引发焦虑,继而导致情绪耗竭,最终增加不安全行为风险,其中焦虑在传导过程中起主导作用。⑤特质正念具有显著调节作用,可以有效缓冲压力对情绪耗竭的负面影响,尤其对责任风险压力的调节效果更为明显。
(5)矿工安全生产责任压力呈现出持续增长的演化态势,外部监管是矿工安全生产责任压力及其各维度压力的最主要影响因素。①压力的演化特征方面:在无干预条件下安全生产责任压力呈现持续累积的特征,认知压力与责任风险压力构成高位稳定态,规制压力与安全生产要求压力维持中等稳定态,职业素养压力则处于低位稳定态;②压力的传导机制方面:压力环境由安全作业要求、外部监管、安全制度及追究问责等压力源构成,矿工对其评估存在双路径效应,个体资源与工作资源在此过程中发挥调节作用,共同影响压力传导的路径与强度;③关键影响因素方面:外部监管是矿工安全生产责任压力及其各维度压力的关键影响因素,安全绩效考核、行政处罚等为次要或非关键因素,不同压力维度对影响因素呈现差异化响应模式。
(6)矿工的不安全行为呈持续增长态势,各因素对矿工不安全行为的影响强度呈现三级分层特征。①行为演化特征方面:在无干预条件下,矿工不安全行为水平呈现先快速上升后增速减缓的变化趋势,最终维持在较高水平;②作用机制方面:五维度压力通过直接行为影响和焦虑与情绪耗竭的中介路径双重作用机制影响不安全行为发展。特质正念在压力适应初期表现出一定的调节作用,但随压力持续作用其调节效果逐渐减弱;③影响因素层级方面:各影响因素对不安全行为的作用强度呈现明显的三级差异,职业素养压力、责任风险压力和安全生产要求压力作为关键影响因素起决定性作用,认知压力和特质正念作为次要影响因素作用有限,规制压力作为非关键因素效果最弱。
本研究有助于拓宽矿工安全生产责任研究的视角,丰富安全生产责任管理和行为安全管理的理论,也有助于煤矿完善矿工安全生产责任管控措施,强化矿工行为管理。

A sound safety production responsibility helps to mobilize miners' sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and initiative for safety production, thereby strengthening their self-restraint management. At the same time, safety production responsibility also brings pressure to miners. Moderate safety production responsibility pressure can enhance the safety management of miners' behaviors, while excessively high or low safety production responsibility pressure is detrimental to the safety management of miners' behaviors. To scientifically manage miners' safety production responsibility pressure, it is necessary to understand the influencing factors of this pressure, how these factors affect safety production responsibility pressure, the evolutionary patterns of these influencing factors, and how safety production responsibility pressure impacts miners' behaviors. These issues have not yet been resolved.
To address the aforementioned issues, this study first defined the concept and connotation of miners' safety production responsibility pressure through literature review and theoretical analysis. Subsequently, using literature research and grounded theory qualitative methods, the influencing factors of miners' safety production responsibility pressure were identified and refined. Based on the Cognitive Transactional Theory of Stress, the JD-R Model, grounded theory, interviews, questionnaire surveys, SPSS, structural equation modeling, and OLS analysis, a theoretical model of action mechanisms of influencing factors miners' safety production responsibility pressure was constructed and tested. Furthermore, based on the Cognitive Appraisal Theory of Emotion, the Mindfulness Stress Buffering Theory, hierarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap methods, a theoretical model was developed and tested to examine the impact of safety production responsibility pressure on miners' unsafe behaviors. Finally, grounded in system dynamics, MATLAB and BP neural networks, simulations and scenario analyses were conducted on the influencing factors of miners' safety production responsibility pressure and their effects on unsafe behaviors, revealing the dynamic evolutionary patterns of these influencing factors and their impacts on unsafe behaviors.
Through the research, the main conclusions are as follows:
(1) Miners' safety production responsibility pressure refers to the physical and mental state of tension and anxiety that arises when the safety production responsibilities related to their positions - including job requirements and subsequent accountability-create a stimulus that exceeds their coping capacity. In terms of basic attributes, safety production responsibility pressure is characterized by measurability, adjustability, and dynamism.From a perspective standpoint, safety production responsibility pressure focuses more on the positioning and role of responsible individuals within the safety production system, with an emphasis on revealing the individual physical and mental stress responses triggered by both responsibility fulfillment requirements and accountability mechanisms.
(2) The formation of miners' safety production responsibility pressure is influenced by multiple interacting factors, presenting a multi-level nested structure with obvious causal relationships among these factors. Specifically, the influencing factors of miners' safety production responsibility pressure include safety system requirements, safe operation requirements, external supervision requirements, accountability investigation, cognitive appraisal, individual resources, and job resources. Safety system requirements, safe operation requirements, external supervision requirements, and accountability investigation serve as pressure sources for miners' safety production responsibility pressure, while cognitive appraisal, individual resources, and job resources function as pressure coping factors that influence the magnitude of such pressure.
(3) The action mechanism of influence factors of miners' safety production responsibility pressure exhibits systematic, dynamic-differential, and intervenable characteristics. The action mechanism can be abstracted as pressure sources affecting miners' safety production responsibility pressure through both direct effects and the mediating effects of cognitive appraisal, while individual resources and job resources can effectively moderate this process.①Miners' perception of pressure sources shows temporal and individual differences.②Safety production responsibility pressure sources constitute direct causes of safety production responsibility pressure, significantly positively affecting miners' safety production responsibility pressure.③Safety production responsibility pressure sources can also indirectly influence miners' safety production responsibility pressure through cognitive appraisal, which plays a partial mediating role in this pathway-thus the action mechanism of safety production responsibility pressure sources demonstrates dual pathways of influence.④Individual resources and job resources exert negative moderating effects along the “safety production responsibility pressure sources- cognitive appraisal-safety production responsibility pressure” pathway.
(4) Miners' safety production responsibility pressure affects unsafe behaviors through direct effects and the mediating roles of anxiety and emotional exhaustion, with trait mindfulness effectively moderating this process.①Safety production responsibility pressure has a significant direct influence on miners' unsafe behaviors, with institutional pressure being the most prominent factor. ②Anxiety plays a significant mediating role between pressure and unsafe behaviors, and safety production responsibility pressure significantly induces miners' anxiety. ③Emotional exhaustion similarly exhibits significant mediating effects, and chronic pressure causes emotional exhaustion by continuously depleting miners' physical energy reserves and increasing psychological burdens-this state reduces miners' vigilance toward the work environment and prompts them to adopt unsafe behaviors to quickly escape discomfort. ④A chain mediation effect exists between anxiety and emotional exhaustion: pressure first triggers anxiety, which then leads to emotional exhaustion, ultimately increasing unsafe behavior risks, with anxiety playing a dominant role in the transmission. ⑤Trait mindfulness has significant moderating effects, which can effectively buffer the negative impact of pressure on emotional exhaustion, particularly showing more pronounced moderating effects on responsibility risk pressure.
(5) Miners' safety production responsibility pressure demonstrates an evolutionary trend of continuous growth, with external supervision being the most significant influencing factor for both the safety production responsibility pressure and its various dimensions.①Regarding evolutionary characteristics: Under non-intervention conditions, safety production responsibility pressure exhibits continuous accumulation; cognitive pressure and responsibility risk pressure form a high-level stable state; regulatory pressure and safety production requirement pressure maintain a medium-level stable state; while professional competency pressure remains at a low-level stable state. ②Concerning pressure transmission mechanisms: The pressure environment consists of pressure sources including safety operation requirements, external supervision, safety systems, and accountability investigation. Miners demonstrate dual-pathway effects in their assessment of these pressures. Individual resources and job resources play moderating roles in this process, collectively influencing the pathways and intensity of pressure transmission. ③Regarding key influencing factors: External supervision emerges as the critical influencing factor for both miners' safety production responsibility pressure and its various dimensions, while safety performance assessment and administrative penalties constitute secondary or non-critical factors, with different pressure dimensions showing differentiated response patterns to these influencing factors.
(6) Miners' unsafe behaviors exhibit a continuous growth trend, with all influencing factors demonstrating three-tier hierarchical characteristics in their effect intensity.①In terms of behavioral evolution characteristics: Under non-intervention conditions, the level of miners' unsafe behaviors shows a change trend of rapid initial increase followed by growth rate deceleration, ultimately maintaining a high level; ②Regarding action mechanisms: The five pressure dimensions influence unsafe behavior development through dual mechanisms-direct behavioral impact and the mediating pathways of anxiety and emotional exhaustion. Trait mindfulness demonstrates certain moderating effects during the initial pressure adaptation stage, but its regulatory effectiveness gradually weakens with sustained pressure exposure; ③Concerning influencing factor hierarchy: The effect intensity of various factors on unsafe behaviors presents obvious three-level differences: professional competency pressure, responsibility risk pressure, and safety production requirement pressure act as key influencing factors playing decisive roles; cognitive pressure and trait mindfulness serve as secondary influencing factors with limited effects; regulatory pressure functions as a non-critical factor with the weakest impact.
This research helps broaden the perspective of miners' safety production responsibility studies, enriches theories of safety production responsibility management and behavioral safety management, and assists coal mines in improving control measures for miners' safety production responsibility while strengthening behavioral management.
