伴随着我国经济的高速发展,能源供给日益紧张,资源的可供量和环境承受能力与能源需求快速增长之间的不平衡愈加突显,改变现有能源供给结构,大力发展太阳能光伏发电将成为未来能源供给的主流。光伏发电系统发电量的高低取决于太阳辐照强度、电池组件转换效率和逆变器逆变效率,通过提升电池组件转换效率和逆变器有效转换率实现提高系统发电量的技术空间非常有限。太阳能光伏自动跟踪器是专门解决如何高效利用太阳辐照强度提高系统发电量的光伏发电装置,目前已成为提高光伏发电系统发电量的重要选择。 本文从太阳能光伏自动跟踪器的市场需求分析入手,利用宁夏银星能源公司太阳能光伏自动跟踪器的技术引进平台,对单、双轴太阳能光伏自动跟踪器的结构设计、工作原理和技术性能进行了科学严谨的设计研究。通过对产品样机进行装机实验、数据收集、发电量对比分析等一系列研究分析,充分说明太阳能光伏自动跟踪器在发电量提升方面的巨大优势,并以此技术为核心,针对实验过程中查找出的问题和不足,对单、双轴自动跟踪器进行了机械结构和控制系统优化升级。成熟的产品技术储备不仅为公司顺利扩建年产500MW太阳能光伏自动跟踪器项目提供了有力的技术保障,还通过项目产品的实际应用,进一步诠释了太阳能光伏自动跟踪器的应用不但可以大幅度的提高光伏发电系统的发电量,而且还可以达到改善能源结构和保护生态环境的目的,未来前景广阔。

With the rapid development of our economy, the energy supply is becoming tighter, and the imbalance between the availability of resources and the environmental capacity and the rapid growth of energy demand becomes more and more prominent. Changing the existing energy supply structure and developing solar photovoltaic power generation will become the mainstream of energy supply in the future. The power generation capacity of photovoltaic power generation systems depends on the intensity of solar irradiation, the conversion efficiency of the battery module and the inverter's inverter efficiency. At present, the technology to improve system power generation by improving the conversion efficiency of battery components and the effective conversion rate of inverters is in a bottleneck period, and the space for improvement is very limited. How to make efficient use of solar irradiation intensity to improve the power generation of power generation system is an important subject in enterprise research and development. The application of solar automatic tracker has become an inevitable choice to increase the power generation of photovoltaic power generation system. Based on the market demand analysis of the solar energy automatic tracker, this paper USES the technology introduction platform of the single and double axis automatic tracker of ningxia yinxing energy company to make a scientific and rigorous analysis and discussion on the structure design, working principle and technical performance of the single and double axis automatic tracker. By installed on product prototype experiment, data collection, a series of research, analysis of electricity that solar energy automatic tracking the huge advantage in terms of capacity promotion, and technology as the core, according to the experiment to find out the problems and the insufficiency, in the process of single, biaxial automatic tracking device for the structure optimization design and system upgrade. The mature product technology reserve provides a powerful technical basis for the successful expansion of the 500MW annual solar energy automatic tracking project. Through the practical application of the project products, it is explained that the solar automatic tracker can not only greatly improve the generation of photovoltaic power generation system, but also achieve the purpose of improving the energy structure and protecting the ecological environment.
