皮带自移机尾是综采工作面顺槽设备不可或缺的设备,它可以替代胶带输送机的机尾,可多方位调整胶带姿态。皮带自移机尾在桥式转载机与运输皮带机之间起到了衔接作用,是煤矿井下设备正常运行的保证。薄煤层综采工作面顺槽中,矮型化皮带自移机尾的设计开发已成为主要的研究方向。
本文结合理论计算、数值模拟和试验等手段对薄煤层综采顺槽超矮型皮带自移机尾进行了研究,主要研究成果和工作如下:
(1)通过研究国内外现有的皮带自移机尾装置的结构特点与工作原理,结合实际工况,确定了超矮型皮带自移机尾、固定折返滚筒、尾端架分体滑靴和液压控制系统的结构,并确定了相关参数。
(2)根据薄煤层皮带机的实际运行情况,对自移机尾组合基架的主梁进行强度计算、受力分析。完成了超矮型自移机尾尾端架设计,分析了包角对滚筒结构强度的影响。采用有限元方法分析了包角增大情况下滚筒应力应变的变化规律,以此为基础设计了新型矮型尾端架和折返滚筒。
(3)基于薄煤层生产需求,确定了液压控制系统中推移缸、调高缸和水平缸的推拉力,利用Simulink软件进行了油缸数值仿真分析,得出了三种缸的单位阶跃响应曲线,结果显示仿真分析2秒后三个缸位移均趋于稳定。
(4)搭建了整机性能测试试验台,完成了超矮型皮带自移机尾装置自行拉移试验、调整胶带跑偏试验和校正自移装置及转载机机头试验。试验结果显示超矮型皮带自移机尾装置各缸体链接正常,运动平滑,可顺利完成自行拉移,各管路对应正确,推拉方向对应正确、液压回路不漏液。超矮型皮带自移机尾技术性能及工原理均达到了设计要求。

Self advance of belt conveyor is an indispensable equipment to the fully mechanized coal face gateway, it can replace the tail of adhesive tape conveyer and can be adjusted easily all-sides. Bridge stage loader and self advance of belt conveyor can be forwarded in the process of mining by relying on each other to make mining operations continue. Self advance of belt conveyor between bridge stage loader and transportation belt conveyor has played an important role to connect, is the assurance of normal operation of the coal mine equipment. In thin coal seam fully mechanized mining face gateway, the short design and development of self advance of belt conveyor have become an important research topic. This article through to the thin coal seam fully mechanized moving along the trough belt from the tail of the short type design, theoretical analysis, the whole machine structure, and hydraulic control parts for research and improve. According to the thin coal seam production requirements and the practical operation of mine belt conveyor, by using of 3 d software for self advance of belt conveyor’s development to describe in detail for the combined force of the frame and end frame drum of the tail belt. The super short type self advance of belt conveyor has a vertical cylinder, horizontal cylinder, cylinder, hydraulic control to achieve the working principle of each part of the equipment. Tail roller adopts grease lubrication method, and the tape function of controlled automatic oiling, timing, quantitative filling of tail drum; It not only solves the problem of tail oil drum, but also solves the inconvenient lubricating grease and the uncontrollable filling amount.
Through the above improvements, the overall performance of self advance of belt conveyor is greatly improved, and the applicability of the equipment in the mine is also enhanced.
