论文通过借鉴土木工程方面的应用,提出了基于光纤光栅传感的矿压监测系统方案。论文对传感器的各项参数的应变响应以及实际应用中多点监测中涉及到的监测组网。在详细分析了煤矿工作面和巷道产生灾害的形成机理后,设计了完整的一套压力、位移传感器。为了验证设计的传感器使用功能,在实验室进行了标定实验和验证试验,结果证明达到了预期的效果。
在整个设计和实验过程中,验证以下四个方面的问题:
(1) 波长解调仪的波形重叠现象一直得不到解决,在查阅光学方面的文献后,利用特殊结构—等强度梁作为载体与光栅一同受力,可以解决了了重叠和多波峰现象。
(2) 在智能材料选择上,高弹材料是保证发生大应变的首选,为了匹配光栅的精度,提高分辨率,必须要尽可能产生大应变,又基于封装的尺寸要求,通过对材料物理性质的筛选,解决了材料选型的问题。
(3) 曲线拟合有很多方法:曲率积分求得曲线位置、曲率积分递推曲线位置、曲率的双线性插值等方法,在巷道变形监测系统中采用曲率积分递推曲线位置和曲率线性插值相结合的方式,利用数学递推方法完成拟合。
(4) 在实验过程中证明压力、顶板离层、巷道变形监测系统中均达到了应用的要求。

Through the use of civil engineering, the pressure monitoring system based on Fiber Bragg grating sensing, then the paper from the understanding of the optical fiber, Introduces the principle of fiber Bragg grating sensor. The strain on the parameters of the sensor response and Multi point monitoring network in practical application, after In a detailed analysis of the coal mining face and roadway formation mechanism of disaster, Design a set of pressure, displacement sensor. In order to validate the use function of sensor design, calibration experiment was carried out and verified test in the laboratory, the results proved to achieve the desired effect.
We get the following conclusions in this design and experiment process:
(1) Wavelength demodulation instrument waveforms overlapping pheno- menon has not resolved in search of optics literature, in this optical aspect of literature, the special structure of equal strength beam as the carrier and the grating to force can solve the overlapping and multi peak phenomenon.
(2) In the intelligent choice of materials, high elastic material is the guarantee of large strain of choice, In order to grating matching accuracy, as far as possible to produce large strain based on the requirements of packaging size through the screening of the physical properties of the material, the choice is the spring steel 3J53.
(3) There are a lot of methods of curve fitting: Curvature integral curvilinear position, Curvature integral recurrence curve, and the bilinear interpolation of curvature. In the settlement of ground surface displacement monitoring system using curvature integral recursive curve position and curvature of linear combination, using assembler completed fitting.
(4) In the process of experiment proves that monitoring system meets the application requirements of roof separation, and surface pressure.
