井下运输是煤矿生产过程的重要工作部分,当前应用在煤矿井下的防跑车系统主要是对斜巷提升运输的轨道绞车,防跑车系统的构成主要为斜巷挡车器和阻车器。无论是挡车器还是阻车器都是被动的去阻拦失速运输车辆,而且两种阻拦方式也并不适用于井下无轨胶轮车的阻拦。针对斜巷无轨胶轮车在井下斜巷运输时的失速现象设计一种新型的胶轮车安全防护阻拦装置,预防井下胶轮运输车辆失速现象有着重要的意义。
本文针对井下斜巷运输胶轮车失速现象设计的一种胶轮车安全防护阻拦装置,通过现场试验的数据证明了该阻拦机构的合理性,该阻拦装置既能减小制动初始时刻的冲击,又能在较短距离内将失速车辆制动;研究了阻拦机构的钢丝绳在受冲击负荷时的动力学特性;建立了阻拦机构的制动器和缓冲器的三维模型,基于制动器和缓冲器的三维模型分析了联合制动时胶轮车安全防护阻拦装置的力学性能,分析结果证明在随着制动距离的增加,阻拦装置的制动力迅速增大。
论文分析了理论计算与实际应用钢丝绳直径计算的差距,以及影响钢丝绳直径选择的主要因素,给出了胶轮车安全防护阻拦装置选用钢丝绳直径计算的参考公式,便于利用钢丝绳的选择系数合理选取钢丝绳的直径。

Underground transportation is an important part of the work of coal mine production process, the application of anti running system in underground coal mine is mainly on the inclined lane lifting rail winch, a protection system for inclined lane car bumper and car arrester. Whether it is car or car arrester are passive to stop stalling and transport vehicles, two kinds of block mode is not suitable for underground trackless tyred vehicle stop. According to the design of a kind of rubber tyred vehicle safety stop device in inclined roadway of trackless rubber tyred vehicle in well oblique lane transport stall phenomenon, has an important significance to prevent underground rubber tyred vehicle stall.
In this paper a rubber tyred vehicle safety stop device design of coal mine oblique lane transport rubber tire vehicle stall phenomenon, through the field test data show that the blocking mechanism is reasonable, the stopping device can reduce the initial braking moment of impact, and can in a short distance will stall vehicle braking; dynamic characteristics of wire rope stop mechanism under impact load; to establish the three-dimensional model of brake block mechanism and a buffer, buffer analysis of three-dimensional model of brake and mechanical properties of the brake when the vehicle safety protection device based on the block, analysis results show that with the increase in the braking distance, braking force stop device increases rapidly.
This paper analyzes the theoretical calculation and practical application of the diameter of wire rope calculation of gap, and main factors affecting the steel wire rope diameter selection, gives the formula calculating the diameter of wire rope with rubber tyred vehicle safety stop device, convenient for reasonable selection of wire rope use coefficient of wire rope diameter.
