按照掘进方式的不同,掘进机可以分为全断面掘进机和部分断面掘进机两种。本论文主要研究的是纵轴式部分断面掘进机,这种掘进机在现代煤矿巷道掘进过程中有着非常广泛的应用。 本文主要共分为三个研究部分。在第一个部分,本文以EBJ-132A型纵轴式悬臂掘进机为例,在分析其截割部主要构造和工作特点的基础之上,针对实际生产中几种常见的巷道断面形状,建立了悬臂式掘进机在截割作业时,其主要工作机构参数与巷道断面尺寸之间的数学关系。 在第二个部分,本文分析了臂式掘进机的振动截割机构,.通过对该机构的动力学分析 ,得出了截割头的转速及其中心轮输入扭矩的运动关系式 ,为分析振动截割机构的运动特性及设计振动截割机构提供了理论依据。 在第三个部分,本文根据悬臂式掘进机截割头在不同工况下截齿的受力状况,研究了截割头摆动力与截割力的匹配关系及其一般取值范围,以此为掘进机悬臂回转机构的设计提供理论依据。

According to the different tunneling ways, there are two kinds of roadheader: Tunne -lling Boom Machine and partial-size tunneling machine. This paper mainly discussed the vertical axis part-size tunneling machine, it has been widely used in underground coal mine laneway excavation today. There are mainly three parts in this paper. In the first part, this paper based on the type of EBJ-132A, its main analyzed mechanism and working procedure of cutt -ing part , according to the different laneway profiles ,and derivated the formula that related to the boom-type roadheader's correlative working parameter and the dimen -sion of the laneway. In the second part ,this paper analysis the vibra cutting mechanism of roadheader.. Through dynamic analysis of the mechanism, drew the movement relationship between velocity of vibra cutting head and input torque of central gear, offered theoretical foundation for analyzing dynamic characteristic of vibra cutting mechanism and designing the mechanism。 In the third part of paper, according to the stress state influenced on the picks of cutting head on boom roadheader in different operation conditions, the matched relation between the oscillating force and cutting force of cutting head as well as its general value selection range are studied in order to provide theoretical basis of designing swing mechanism of boom roadheader.
