随着无线通讯技术的不断发展,目前公网已普遍采用无线通讯3G技术并向4G标准演进,而国内大部分的煤矿井下的通讯调度系统,仍停留在有线通讯调度和小灵通无线通信调度的层面。基于TD-SCDMA技术的移动通信系统提供了高质量的语音、高速率的数据传输和远程视频监控等业务。这为当前煤炭行业通讯系统的发展提供了良好的契机。 针对目前煤炭行业的通信专网发展现状以及存在的问题,本文比较了现有煤矿井下主要的无线通信技术,分析了TD-SCDMA技术应用于煤炭专网的优势,进而引用了一种TD专网的矿用无线通信系统的设计方案。描述了本课题研究开发的煤炭专网产品的总体架构和软件体系架构。为了实现TD专网的短消息业务,本文提出将短消息中心集成到专网产品的核心网CS域的设计方案,研究了短消息服务(SMS,Short Message Service)业务的接口协议栈,并从工程应用角度、协议栈结构、接口关系等方面对专网SMS业务的实现进行了分析。文章重点设计了TD用户短消息的MO/MT(Mobile Originated/Terminated)信令流程以及SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)用户消息的信令流程,以及内存可用消息的信令流程,详细设计了短消息模块的流程控制,MO流程和MT流程,完成了TD用户短消息业务的软件实现过程。最后完成了应用程序的软件移植以及软硬件的联调测试工作。 通过分析实验结果,新型的TD专网核心通信设备在精简通信网元和通信协议后,成功集成了短消息中心的基本功能,实现了短消息业务。这为专网通信系统功能的丰富和完善,提供了理论依据和应用案例。

With the development of wireless communication technology,nowadays,the public mobile communication network has adopted 3G technology with smooth evolution to 4G, however ,most of coal mine, its underground communication dispatch system is still in the state of wired communication dispatch and PHS(personal handy-phone system) wireless communication dispatch at home. The communication system based on TD-SCDMA can provide effectively voice with high quality, high rate data transmission services, remote video surveillance service and so on. The system offers a great chance for the development of current coal communication system. According to the situation and problems in the development of private coal communication networks, the paper has analysed advantages of the TD-SCDMA application in private coal communication networks by comparing with main wireless communication technology. A new designing solution of private coal communication network based on TD-SCDMA has referenced. Then, the paper has described overall and software architecture in private coal mine product. In order to realize TD-SCDMA private network SMS, the thesis proposes the solution which integrates SMSC (short message service center) with core network CS domain in private coal mine product. Further research on SMS interface protocol stack has implemented.The paper has studied the achievement of SMS and analyzed it from the view of application, protocol stack, and interface relationships. It is focused on the design of signaling procedures of TD-SCDMA user’s SMS MO and MT, SIP user’s SMS, and mobile station memory available information. It is devised the control of SMSM procedures, MO procedures and MT procedures in great detail, and completed TD-SCDMA user’s SMS programming.At the end, the article achieves prosperously softwares explanted,completes the combined debugging of software and hardware. Experimental result has shown that the new private TD-SCDMA communication facility can achieve effectively TD-SCDMA user’s SMS after integrating the SMSC basic function, simplifying communication facilities and procotols, which provides the theory evidence and application solution for future enriching and improving function of the private coal communication network.
