随着电子材料与元器件研究开发的逐步深入和功能应用的不断拓展,对其电性能表征的测试设备的多样性和高度集成性等也相应地提出越来越高的要求。本文以高集成、高智能、高人性化的设计理念为出发点,设计开发了多功能的介电谱测试系统。其主要研究内容如下: (1)从硬件、软件以及软硬件联接等方面对介电谱测试系统进行了优化研究,拓展了系统的测试功能,提高了系统的软件和硬件兼容性,改进了系统的智能化测试,优化了系统的人机交互界面。通过对该设备的集成性和智能型等方面的优化提升,推动其市场化与工业化产品的需求。 (2)基于测试过程中气氛环境会直接影响材料的缺陷结构和电学性能,设计了一套可用于气氛环境下介电温度特性的测试系统,并将气氛环境引入到测试过程中,从而实现了不同气氛环境下电子材料介电性能参数的测试。测试结果表明,电子材料的电学性能参数受到测试气氛的影响和作用,为研究材料内部复杂的缺陷结构和极化机制提供了一种直接有效的测试手段。 (3)利用VB程序语言设计开发了一套能够反映电子材料性能与频率关系的变温频谱测试程序,其特色之处为:升温过程的智能控制,多试样的同时测量,即时动态的测试绘图以及数据文件的优化处理等。该测试功能的开发为电子材料的频谱研究提供了新途径-探讨在温度场作用下的频率变化对其电参数的影响机制。 再开发和优化设计后的介电谱测试系统,不仅功能得到拓展、系统得到完善、外观得到美化,其测试的稳定性和准确性更是得到了大幅提升。目前,该设备可成功完成介电温谱的自动化测量,且已在本科生教学和研究生科研工作中得到应用,并为多个兄弟院校和科研院所提供了测试服务,获得了较好评价。

With the development of the testing instruments, the requirement of the testing instruments has also been improved. The multifunctional dielectric spectrum testing system has been designed by focusing on high integration, high intelligence and high humanization in this paper. The main research contents are as follows: (1)Optimizing of the dielectric spectroscopy testing system from hardware, software and the connection of the software and hardware. The system has been developed by the function expanded, the compatibility enhanced, the intelligence improved and the man-machine interface perfected. It’s better for the industrialization design and the commercialization promotion of the system. (2)Considering that the testing atmosphere will directly affect the defect structure and electrical performance of the materials, a new type of testing system for dielectric temperature characteristic of dielectrics in various atmospheres has been designed and developed. The test system provides the automated measurement of dielectric characteristics with temperature in different atmosphere. The experimental results show that dielectric properties are strongly dependent on the atmospheres. The method provides a simple and effective route for the synthesis of complicated structural defects and polarization mechanism. (3)Based on Visual Basic programming language, a variable temperature frequency spectrum system has been designed, which could reflects the relationship of the electronic material performance and the frequency. The advantages of the system are controllable of the heating process and measurable of the multi-sample. Also the results can be drawn and the data can be dealt with. The experimental results show that the system could reflect the frequency spectrum of the electronic material. The method provides for the research of the electronic material. After further development and optimization of dielectric spectrum testing system, the function has been expanded, the system has been perfected, the appearance has been beautified. In addition to the stability and accuracy of test has been promoted substantially. Now, the device can be successfully complete the automatic measurement of the dielectric spectrum. It is applied in undergraduate program and postgraduate research work. Also it gets a better evaluation by providing testing services in number of other universities and research institutes.
