在全球能源转型与数字化转型的双重背景下,新能源电池产业迎来快速发展机遇,同时也面临技术迭代加速、市场竞争加剧、国际贸易壁垒等挑战。作为中国领先的电池制造企业,LS集团在通信储能电池和新能源汽车电池市场具有一定优势,但如何有效应对市场和技术变革、调整发展战略以实现高质量可持续发展,已成为该集团当前的核心任务。本论文聚焦LS集团,运用相关理论和分析工具,旨在为其构建科学合理的发展战略,对LS集团及国内同类企业具有重要的实践指导意义。

论文在总结国内外相关领域研究现状、相关理论和战略分析工具的基础上,全面分析了LS集团面临的外部和内部环境,外部环境分析包括政策、经济、社会和技术等方面,以及产业环境;内部环境分析包括经营现状、财务资源、人力资源、技术资源、研发能力、生产能力和营销能力等。在深度访谈和问卷调查的基础上,进一步运用EFE和IFE矩阵、SWOT模型、QSPM矩阵等,对宏观环境、产业环境、行业发展现状以及该集团的资源和能力进行定量分析,确定LS集团的战略定位和发展战略。结果表明:LS集团具备较强的内部发展基础,对现有外部环境具备突出的战略适配性与发展主动权;可以通过资源优化配置和能力建设,并依托六大机遇因素构建的竞争优势,能够有效改善劣势因素并对冲潜在威胁;LS集团应采取增长型战略,通过积极的市场扩张和产品、技术创新实现快速增长。最后从公司、业务、职能三个层面提出了战略实施方案和四个方面的保障措施,对LS集团具有重要的现实指导意义。

In the dual context of global energy transformation and digital transformation, the new energy battery industry has ushered in opportunities for rapid development. At the same time, it also faces challenges such as accelerated technological iteration, intensified market competition, and international trade barriers. As a leading battery manufacturing enterprise in China, LS Group has certain advantages in the markets of communication energy storage batteries and new energy vehicle batteries. However, how to effectively respond to market and technological changes and adjust its development strategy to achieve high-quality and sustainable development has become the current core task of the group. This thesis focuses on LS Group, applies relevant theories and analytical tools, and aims to construct a scientific and reasonable development strategy for it, which has important practical guiding significance for LS Group and similar domestic enterprises.

Based on summarizing the research status in related fields at home and abroad, relevant theories, and strategic analysis tools, this thesis comprehensively analyzes the external and internal environments faced by LS Group. The external environment analysis includes aspects such as policies, economy, society, and technology, as well as the industrial environment. The internal environment analysis includes the operation status, financial resources, human resources, technical resources, R&D capabilities, production capabilities, and marketing capabilities. Based on in-depth interviews and questionnaires, this thesis further uses matrices such as the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, SWOT model, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to conduct a quantitative analysis of the macro environment, industrial environment, current industry development status, as well as the resources and capabilities of the group, and determine the strategic positioning and development strategy of LS Group. The results show that: LS Group has a strong internal development foundation, and has outstanding strategic adaptability and development initiative in the existing external environment; through the optimization of resource allocation and capacity building, and relying on the competitive advantages constructed by six opportunity factors, it can effectively improve the disadvantage factors and hedge against potential threats; LS Group should adopt a growth strategy and achieve rapid growth through active market expansion and product and technological innovation. Finally, this thesis proposes strategic implementation plans from the three levels of the company, business, and functions, as well as four aspects of guarantee measures, which have important practical guiding significance for LS Group.
