随着煤炭企业的发展,生产经营指挥调度业务的要求不断提高,开发煤炭企业生产经营调度系统对提高企业的调度效率和现代化管理水平具有重要的意义。 本文研究了兖矿集团生产经营调度指挥系统的模型构架,分析了J2EE的特点,提出了具有客户层、Web层、业务逻辑层、企业信息系统四层模型的煤炭企业生产经营调度系统模型,该模型具有易于访问,易于维护,易于扩展的特点。 分析了兖矿集团煤矿安全生产经营调度系统的整体网络结构、数据服务器以及总调度室、各单位调度室网络结构,对企业生产经营调度系统的功能模块进行了研究和设计,包括值班信息管理子系统、安全信息发布子系统、煤炭生产信息管理子系统、运输信息管理子系统、库存信息子系统、事故信息管理子系统、上报省局煤炭信息子系统、调度人员管理子系统、非煤业产销子系统、报表子系统、系统管理以及数据接口等,满足了企业而对生产经营业务的管理需求。 对生产经营调度数据的管理和访问进行了研究,提出了基于MVC的经营调度系统架构,开发并实现了兖矿集团生产经营调度管理系统的各个功能模块,对模块的功能进行了测试,测试结果表明不仅可以全面掌握兖矿集团的的生产运行状况、销售情况、运输情况、库存情况等,而且具有灵活的数据查询、曲线分析及报表打印功能,能够满足各级管理人员的业务需求。 所设计和实现的兖矿集团生产经营调度管理系统,已经通过集团公司的验收。系统自投入运行以来,稳定可靠,取得了很好的管理效益和社会效益,表明了设计的正确性和合理性。

With the development of coal enterprise, the continually increase of the demand for coal production management service. It’s very significant to develop the system of production and operation management system, which can improve the management efficiency of modern coal enterprise. In this paper, the model and framework of the production management system of Yanzhou coal company group is studied, the characteristic of J2EE is analyzed. A production management system model of coal with four levels, such as client, web, business logic, enterprise information system is presented which has the characteristics of accessible, maintainable and expandable. The network structure of the safety production system、the data server were analyzed. The function modules of enterprise production schedule system including the manage subsystem , information security subsystem, coal production information subsystem, transfer information subsystem, storage information subsystem, accident information management subsystem, report information subsystem, staff schedule management subsystem, non coal production and sale subsystem, statement subsystem, system management and the data interface were studied and designed which meet the manage demand of production service of enterprise .The management system based on MVC is put forwarded and developed,the function modules were tested and the result showed the system not only can master the production situation, sale situation, transfer information and the storage information, but the functions of flexible data inquire, curved analysis and report print satisfy the service demand of all level managers. The design and software were used in Yanzhou coal company group, which had achieved very good management and social benefits in management department.
