针对目前刮板输送机减速器监测系统自动化程度低、实时性差的现状,提出了刮板输送机减速器在线监测方法,并开发了监测系统,实现了对刮板输送机减速器高低速轴轴温、大小油池油温、大小油池油位的在线监测。 监测系统硬件部分由信号采集模块、单片机控制模块、数据传输模块和上位机模块组成。利用超声传感器对大、小油池油位信号通过分别监测的方法进行非接触信号采集。利用红外温度传感器对大、小油池油温和高、低速轴轴温也通过分别监测的方法进行非接触信号采集。主控芯片由ATmega 8单片机及其外围电路组成,实现对各路信号采集模块的控制。数据传输模块采用RS232实现下位机与上位机之间的串口通信。 监测系统软件采用专门针对AVR单片机设计的C语言编译器ICCAVR进行开发,根据各传感器的通信协议,编写各路数据采集和数据处理程序。上位机采用VC++开发环境进行监测界面设计,实现了数据的实时显示、超标报警、数据存储和历史数据查询等功能。 本课题将非接触式的信号采集方式应用于对刮板输送机减速器的在线监测上,有效提高了监测系统的灵活性和自动化程度。实验结果表明,监测系统具有良好的实时性、准确性、可靠性等性能。

Aiming at the status of low degree of automation, poor real-time of scraper conveyor decelerator monitoring system, a new method of scraper conveyor decelerator online monitoring is proposed, and developed a monitoring system, realized the online monitoring of high and low speed of scraper conveyor decelerator shaft temperature, oil temperature and oil level of both the big and small oil tanks. Hardware part of monitoring system is consisted of signal acquisition module, single-chip microcomputer control module, data transmission and upper desk module. The ultrasonic sensor is used to collect the oil level signal of both the big and small oil tanks through non-contacting way. Infrared temperature sensor is used to collect the temperature of big and small oil tanks, high and low speed shaft through non-contact signal acquisition method. Main control chip are consisted of ATmega 8 and its peripheral circuit to realize the control of all signal acquisition modules. The serial part communication between lower computer and upper computer of data transmission module is realized by RS232. Software part of monitoring system is developed by ICCAVR compiler, which is designed specifically for AVR microcontroller. Data acquisition and data processing program are designed according to the communication protocol.Upper computer monitoring interface was designed by VC++ software, realized the function of the real time data display, temperature alarm ,data storage and historical data inquiry, etc. The topic applied the non-contact signal acquisition method to online monitoring system of scraper conveyor decelerator, effectively improved the flexibility and automation of monitoring system. The experimental results show that the monitoring system has good real-time performance, accuracy and reliability, etc.
