惯性导航系统是20世纪中期发展起来的用于定位的技术,目前主要应用于航天、航空、航海领域,特别是军事领域。导航主控板的是整个捷联惯导系统重中之重,所以如何对主控板的各项功能进行检测与验收就显得十分重要。基于FPGA的导航主控板测试系统的开发就是为了应用于测试与验收导航主控板单板,其可以自动完成对导航主控板单板的硬件设备及内部算法的检测,大大的提高了工作效率,通过测试设备的RS232串口,可把测试结果显示到上位机,方便使用者观察。
此测试系统设计主要分为硬件和软件两个方面。本系统硬件部分由主电路模块,脉冲选择模块,温度选择模块,串口协议转换模块,隔离模块,电源模块六大模块构成。主模块部分选用Altera公司Cyclone III系列的FPGA器件EP3C25Q240C8作为控制器,串口协议转换模块选用多协议转换器件MAX3160实现RS232/RS422的转换,隔离模块选用HCPL0631光耦隔离模块对FPGA与外围电路进行了隔离。并使用了六角反相施密特触发器74HC14D和74ALVC244八同相三态缓冲器对FPGA进行了保护。软件部分由两部分组成,一部分是FPGA的硬件逻辑设计使用verilog语言,主要实现信号生成和系统控制的功能。另一部分是DSP程序使用C语言,主要实现对导航主控板单板的各项功能进行测试。最后对测试系统的功能与性能进行了测试,并给出了结果。

Inertial navigation system in positioning technology has been established in the mid-20th century, and it has been mainly used in aerospace, aviation, marine areas, especially in the military field. The navigation control board is the key of the SINS, so the test and acceptance check for various functions of the control board is very important. The purpose of the development of FPGA navigation control board test system is to test and accept the navigation Master board veneer which can auto-complete the detection of the hardware devices and internal algorithms of navigation Master board veneer, and improve efficiency greatly. Test results can be shown in PC and observed easily with the help of test equipment RS232 serial port.
This test system design is divided into two aspects including hardware and software. The hardware system are including main circuit module, pulse choose module, temperature choose module, serial protocol conversion module, WGAVI and power module. Altera company’s EP3C25Q240C8 FPGA of cyclone III series has been chosen as controller in main module, the transform of RS232/RS422 has been achieved by protocol conversion devices MAX3160 in serial protocol conversion module, The isolation between FPGA and peripheral circuit has been achieved by Light coupling isolation module HCPL0631 in WGAVI and FPGA has been protected with the help of Hex inverse schmidt trigger 74HC1D and eight phase with three-state buffers 74ALVC244. The software system are including two parts. One is Hardware logical design of FPGA which is used verilog language, the main function of it are signal generation and system control. Another is DSP which is used C language, the main purpose of it is testing function of Navigation control board veneer. With the help of hardware and software, the test work of whole system was done and result will be given in this paper.
