热管具有传热速度快、热阻小、导热能力强等优点,地板辐射供暖是一种节能、舒适的供暖方式,以热管代替地板辐射供暖所用的塑料管的供暖系统是一种新型的供暖方式。本文对热管在地板辐射供暖中的应用进行研究,针对太阳能供暖系统中存在的供热热量不足、管道易冻等问题提出了解决方案,并提出了一种适用于太阳能地板辐射供暖的新型热管。 首先,对热管的冷凝段在空气中自然冷却时,热管的温度特性进行了实验研究,发现在所选取的几种工况下,铜—水热管冷凝段和蒸发段长度比为6 : 1时热管的换热量最大。 其次,进行了热管的蒸发段置于热水管道内、热管的冷凝段敷设于地板层内的实验研究,分析了热源的供水温度和热管数量对地板表面温度的影响,发现两根热管加热面积为30 × 30 cm2的地板、热源的供水温度为44.5 ℃时,地板的表面温度可以达到29℃,热源的供水温度为35.2 ℃时,地板的表面温度可以达到26℃,并与地暖管的换热能力进行了对比,发现在同等条件下,采用热管换的地板的表面温度比采用地暖管换热的地板的表面温度高2 ℃。 再次,针对太阳能供暖系统存在的问题,提出了一种空气、水两介质的太阳能供暖系统,以解决太阳能供暖系统出现的易冻、供热量不足的缺点。 最后,提出了一种太阳能地板辐射供暖用的气液分离式热管,该热管内的传热工质的气相和液相分开流动,减小了流动热阻,而且蒸发段和冷凝段的换热面积可以根据需求改变。

The heat pipe has the advantages of fast heat transfer speed, small thermal resistance and excellent heat conductivity. The radiant floor heating system provides a energy-saving and comfortable heatting environment. As it is a new type of heating method with heat pipe instead of plastic pipe , this paper studied the application of heat pipe in the solar energy radiant floor heating system, aiming at solving the existing problems and proposing a new heat pipe which is suitable for solar radiation floor heating system. First of all, to the condition of natural cooling in air, the temperature characteristics of condensation section of the heat pipe were studied experimentally.It is found that copper - water heat pipe has the maximum heat transfer ability when the length ratio of condensation section and evaporating section is 6: 1. Secondly, experiments are carried out to study radiant floor heating system with heat pipe, analyzing how water temperature and the number of heat pipe influences the floor surface temperature.It is found that ,to the condition of two heat pipe heating area of 30 × 30cm2 floor,when the heat source temperature of supply water is 44.5 ℃, the surface temperature of the floor can reach to 29 ℃, and when the heat source temperature is 35.2 ℃, the surface temperature of the floor can reach to 26 ℃. Compared with the heat exchange capacity of plastic pipe, it is found that, in the same conditions, the surface temperature of the heat pipe heating system is 2 ℃ higher than the plastic heating system. Thirdly,aiming at solving the problem exiting in the solar energy heating system, a two medium solar heating system is proposed, which has the advantages of antifreezing and reducing the water temperature when the solar radiant is very strong. Finally, a gas-liquid separaed type heat pipe is proposed, which has small flow resistance and whose heat exchange area of evaporation section and condensation section can vary according to demand.
