随着我国经济的不断发展,国内微创诊断及治疗技术发展迅猛,尤其是内窥镜的诊断及治疗技术最为明显,日趋旺盛的市场需求对内窥镜工业产生了巨大的带动作用。
本项目为“电子内窥镜系统的研究”,主要包括医用电子胃镜、电子结肠镜、电子支气管镜、电子十二指肠镜、电子胆道镜和工业用电子内窥镜等,由于超高量度发光二极管照明、电子注水注气吸引装置、镜下电子腔内测压技术等一系列符合人体学技术的应用,克服了现有内窥镜存在的体积大不易清洗消毒、价格昂贵、患者痛苦大、易损伤黏膜组织的难题。
课题内容主要包括基本概念和关键技术概述、总体论述、硬件设计、软件设计和可靠性设计五大部分:首先介绍了电子内窥镜系统的组成,包括内窥镜主机和吸引器主机,内窥镜主机是内窥镜系统的主要组成部分,它主要由镜身部分和控制部分所组成;吸引器主机是专为内窥镜设计的吸引器。其次设计了电子内窥镜系统的硬件和软件部分,其中硬件电路设计包括:电源模块、LED照明模块设计、注水、注气以及吸引功能模块、测试腔内压力模块和LCD显示模块。软件设计包括:内窥镜系统主程序设计、PWM信号控制程序设计、A/D采样设计、LCD显示模块、内窥镜系统控制模块;抗干扰设计包括:硬件抗干扰设计和软件抗干扰设计。
该系统在临床试验阶段,性能稳定,图像清晰,操作简单,使患者的痛苦明显减轻,弥补了现有电子内窥镜的不足之处。

With the constant development of China's economy, domestic minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment is developing rapidly. Especially in endoscope diagnosis and therapy this development is most evident and the increasingly strong demand on the endoscope industry had a huge lead role.
This project is "The research on electronic endoscope system", including medical electronic gastroscope, electronic colonoscope, electronic bronchoscope, e-duodenoscope, electronics biliary endoscope and industrial electronic endoscope. Because the superelevation measurement light emitter diode illumination, under the electronic irrigation gas injection attraction installment, the mirror in the electronic cavity measured that presses the technology and so on a series to conform to the kinesiology technology application, overcame the existing endoscope existence volume not to be greatly easy to clean the disinfection, the price to be expensive, the patient pain big, easy to damage the mucous membrane organization's difficult problem.
Topics to be covered include an overview of basic concepts, key technologies, general discussion, hardware design, software design and reliability design of five parts: First, it introduces the electronic endoscope system components, including the main engine of endoscopic, the main engine of aspirator, the main engine of endoscopic, which is a major component of the endoscopic system. It is mainly formed by the mirror body part and the control part; the main engine of aspirator is designed specifically for endoscopic. Second, the design of the electronic endoscope system includes hardware and software, the hardware circuit design, including power modules, LED Lighting Module,water injection, gas injection and attract modules, test body cavity pressure module and LCD display module. Software design, including endoscopic system main program design, PWM wave control programming, A/D sampling design, LCD display module, endoscopic system control module; Anti-jamming design includes anti-jamming design of hardware and software anti-jamming design.
This system is in clinical trials, stable performance, and the image is clear, operation is simple. It significantly reduces pain of patients, making up the deficiencies of the existing electronic endoscope.
