柔模混凝土结构是一种柔性模板和混凝土组合的结构形式,它是将柔性模板固定在巷道周边,通过混凝土泵将免振捣自密实混凝土送到柔性模板内部,在采空区及巷道之间形成一道密闭的混凝土连续墙,与巷道内部的支护结构形成统一整体,共同承担回采动压,维护巷道稳定。
本文以灵新煤矿L4406工作面柔模混凝土沿空留巷工程为依托,利用迈达斯GTS软件对柔模混凝土结构采用实体建模的方法进行有限元数值模拟计算,分析其结构强度及稳定性,指导实际施工中对薄弱部位的加固。通过对沿空留巷的岩层控制理论研究而进行了巷内支护设计、巷旁支护设计和临时加强支护设计。在此基础上提出软岩巷道施工工艺和质量控制标准。同时还需要对沿空留巷柔模混凝土巷旁支护结构进行矿压监测,对于不足之处进行优化,使整套工艺能够更加适合软岩巷道施工。
本文所研究的柔模混凝土结构沿空留巷具有如下的创新性:①首次在复杂软岩地层条件中实施柔模混凝土沿空留巷支护技术,并创立了复杂软岩条件下沿空留巷巷内支护模式。②首次在水患软岩巷道成功实施柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷技术,支护成型效果较好。③首次在中厚煤层工作面机巷实施柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷技术,为后续柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术在中厚煤层进一步开发与应用奠定了基础。

Soft mold concrete structure consists of a flexible formwork and concrete structure, it is the flexible template fixed to the perimeter, will need not vibrating of self-compacting concrete to flexible template by concrete pump,between the goaf and the roadway pouring a closed continuous concrete wall, and the original roadway supporting form a whole, shared mining dynamic pressure, maintaining roadway stability.
This thesis based on the flexible formwork concrete gob-side entry in the L4406 coal mining face of Lingxin Coal Mine,solid modeling method is adopted for soft mold concrete structure using Midas GTS finite element numerical simulation software,analyze the structural strength and stability,to guide the actual construction of reinforcement of weak positions.Through roadway along goaf rock control theory and tunnel support design,roadside support design and temporary support design. Based on this put forward the construction technology of soft rock tunnel excavation and the quality control standards.But also the need for mine pressure monitoring for along the lane beside the soft formwork for concrete supporting structure, optimize deficiency, the whole construction process will be more suitable for soft rock tunnel excavation.
This paper studies the soft mold concrete structure along the empty left lane has the following innovative:①For the first time the implementation of soft mold concrete along the empty left lane support technology in complex geological conditions of soft rock, and created under the condition of complex soft rock along the lane for the supporting mode. ②For the first time in the successful implementation of soft rock roadway flooding soft molded concrete pumping Gob technology, supporting molding better. ③For the first time the implementation of soft model pump concrete along the empty left lane technology in thick coal seam working face of the lane, along the empty left lane for soft mold concrete technology in thick coal seam in the further development and application of subsequent laid a foundation.
