摘 要 地理信息技术和数据库技术以及遥感技术的发展,为矿山开发状况监测和矿山管理提供了有效的手段,大大拓展了人们合理开发利用矿山的能力。为了有效地管理矿山开采,实现采矿权管理工作流程的规范化、自动化以及信息共享,本研究以平顶山矿区的矿权核查数据为依据,利用最新的GIS技术、遥感技术以及虚拟现实技术,设计开发了采矿权信息管理系统。 研究取得以下成果: (1)结合软件工程的原理,从各种数据类型的特点出发,针对当地政企矿管部门用户需求,详细论述了系统数据库设计和功能结构设计。 (2)采用ArcGIS 的Geodatabase数据库,将矿山数据规范地组织集成起来。方便了海量异质数据的合理存储,高效查询。 (3)选择ArcGIS作为GIS基础平台,应用功能强大的ArcGIS Engine二次开发组件库,在Microsoft Visual Studio.net开发环境下,采用C#语言研究开发了采矿权管理信息系统,利用Developer Express控件美化用户界面,实现了数据管理、查询、空间分析等功能。 (4)以Skyline三维虚拟现实软件为基础,通过不同时期的遥感影像和DEM的叠加以及3dsmax模型数据的添加,开发了独立的采矿权地面三维浏览子系统,为用户更全面直观地了解矿山采矿权现状,提供了真实的三维表达。 通过建立采矿权管理信息系统,可以动态地提供矿产资源开发利用状况信息,为政府相关部门提供矿产资源开发、规划管理信息平台和基础数据,提高对矿产资源开发权利管理的水平。

It is provided effective means for monitoring the status of mine development and mine management with the development of Geographic information technology ,database technology and remote sensing technology, which greatly expanded the ability of people to manage and monitor mine.In order to manage mining effectively, mining rights management workflow to achieve the standardization and automation and information sharing, the study with the basis of Pingdingshan mining tenements verification data, using the latest GIS technology, remote sensing technology and virtual reality technology, design and develop The mining rights management information system. Study achievments are shown as follows: (1)It is discussed the database design and functionality of the system design in detail,with the principles of software engineering and the characteristics of various data types, and with the requiement of local government and enterprises planning department , (2)It is implements the data management, query, spatial analysis and other functions,with the ArcGIS platform as the basis for GIS, using ArcGIS Engine application powerful secondary development component library. ,in the condition of Microsoft VisualStudio.net development, adoptioning C # language research and development of the mining rights management information system, using Developer Express plug-colored glasses Windows XP style user interface. (3)It is convenient for the reasonable storage of multi-source data and seamless browsing and efficient query to use ArcGIS's Geodatabase database and Regulate the organization of integrated multi-source data mining. (4) It is developed a separate three-dimensional view sub-surface mining rights, through SKYLINE three-dimensional virtual reality a software-based remote sensing image and through DEM the superposition model and the 3d-max data added, intuitive for the user a more comprehensive understanding of mining situation provide visual support and expansion. With the establishment of Mining rights management information system,it can be dynamically provided the community with information on the utilization of mineral resources development, the relevant government departments for the development of mineral resources, planning and management information platforms and basic data on mineral resources development to improve the level of rights management.
