核心价值观，承载着一个民族、一个国家的精神追求。军人核心价值观则是军队具有强大战斗力、忠诚有效履行使命任务的精神支柱，是军队的灵魂、官兵的“精气神”。当前践行的军人核心价值观是胡锦涛同志提出的“忠诚于党、热爱人民、报效国家、献身使命、崇尚荣誉”。国防生是根据部队建设需要，依托地方普通高校为部队培养的后备军官。国防生具有双重身份，既是大学生，又是军队后备军官，担负着未来军队建设的特殊使命，在我国的强军战略中扮演着举足轻重的角色。坚持不懈地用军人核心价值观引领国防生的思想和行为，更好地发挥其应有的职能作用，是当前国防生思想政治教育的中心工作和重要任务。而依托何种载体，如何生动有效地在国防生中培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，是高校和各驻校选配单位需要深入思考的问题。 红色资源是指在革命时期留下的革命遗址、纪念场所、以及不同时期革命人物的精神等物质和非物质资源的总称。陕西红色资源蕴涵着丰富的革命精神、革命文化内涵，折射出革命先辈的崇高理想、坚定信念、爱国情感和高尚品质。以红色资源为载体，可以将当代革命军人核心价值观与马克思主义信仰教育、理想信念教育、民族精神教育、行为规范教育等相结合。本文结合高校国防生培养实际，从陕西红色资源运用于高校国防生军人核心价值观培养出发，分析了红色资源、军人核心价值观的定义及内涵，分析陕西红色资源的特点及其在高校国防生军人核心价值观培育中的功能、路径、实践策略，主要从选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状等方面提出了本文的选题价值，阐述红色资源、当代军人核心价值观的概念和内涵，以及培育国防生军人核心价值观的意义；通过分析陕西红色资源的特点，并探索了利用陕西红色资源加强国防生军人核心价值观培育的路径，提出了构建利用陕西红色资源培育国防生军人核心价值观的体制，最后研究陕西红色资源在西安科技大学国防生军人核心价值观培育中的实践，为本文研究论点提供实例支撑，为做好高校国防生军人核心价值观培育工作提供建设性的参考与借鉴。

Core values that carries the responsibility of a nation, is a country’s spiritual pursuit. Servicemen’s core value enables army soldiers to enhance their power, loyalty to the effective implementation of the spiritual pillar of the mission, which sticks to the soul of an army. Officers and men of the “essence of God.” View of the current practice of Army man’s core value is from Former President Hu Jintao who put forward the “loyalty to the party, love the people, serve the country, dedicated to the mission and upholding the honor”. Students of National Defense is a reserve officer training field based on the local colleges and universities. National defense students has a dual identity, that are students as well as reserved officer, charged with the special mission of forces for the future construction of army. They play an important part in China's military strategy. These students should be developed with servicemen’s core value in order to lead themselves think and behave, furthermore, to play their role in right place and at right time. It is a great task of education that current national defense students training should center on how to cultivate and practice the socialist core values among national defense students. Revolutionary resource refers to the revolutionary sites, memorial places, and the spirit of the revolutionary characters and other material and non-material resources left during the Chinese revolutionary period. Shaanxi red resource contains a wealth of revolutionary spirit, revolutionary cultural connotation, reflecting the lofty ideals of the revolutionary martyrs, firm conviction, patriotic sentiments and noble qualities. Considering the red resource as a platform, we can combine the core values of the contemporary soldier with education of Marxist ideal and belief education, national spirit education and behavior standard education. This paper starts with the actual training experience of undergraduate students of National Defense in colleges, and takes Shaanxi red resources as bases for training core values of culture, and at the same time analyzes the definition and connotation of the red resources, military core values. The paper also analyzes characteristics of Shaanxi red resources and college students of National Defense and core values, functions, strategies for future training strategy. The main topic of this paper focuses from the value of the research background, significance, to research status at home and abroad. It explains the red resources, the core values of contemporary soldiers concept and connotation, and the cultivation of core values. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of red resources in Shaanxi and exploration of the use of Shaanxi red resources to strengthen the concept of cultivation the path of core values of national defense. Moreover, the paper puts forward the cultivation of military core values system for national defense students by using these resources, the research of Shaanxi Red Resources in the core values of the soldiers in the practice of cultivating national defense students of Xi’an University of Science And Technology. This study provides an example of supporting argument for training core values among national defense students in process of training practice and it is importance of future education programs.
