输煤皮带通廊桥架在煤矿、选煤厂以及火电厂等工厂都有着广泛的应用。随着我国煤炭行业的发展与建设标准的提高,输煤皮带通廊桥架结构的建设标准越来越高。可是输煤皮带通廊桥架结构在历次的地震中破坏较多,给企业造成了严重的经济损失。所以,对输煤皮带通廊桥架结构的抗震性能进行深入的研究,提出抗震设计建议具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。 本文利用SAP2000有限元软件,对工程中常见的3种结构形式的输煤皮带通廊桥架进行模拟,根据模拟计算结果,对三个结构的抗震性能进行了系统分析,主要做了下列研究工作: (1)对三种不同结构形式的桥架结构进行了模态分析,结果表明前三阶振型对结构的影响大,但高阶振型时桥架上部错动变形大,计算中高阶振型不能忽略。 (2)对三个桥架结构在纵、横、竖向及水平双向四个工况下的地震作用进行反应谱分析,分析表明桥架结构的柱顶位移角在1/2319~1/1045之间,均满足1/550的限值。桥架三加设下拉吊杆较三角腹杆式和下斜式无下拉吊杆的桥架刚度大,加设吊杆后,使得部分上、下弦杆的与无吊杆的桥架内力符号相反,部分内力被抵消,减小了桥架挠度。 (3)对三个桥架结构做了地震作用下的弹性时程分析,并与反应谱分析结果进行对比。分析表明此类大跨度结构应当注意端门架的刚度,以保证在横向地震来临时结构的安全性。 (4)对桥架进行了动力弹塑性时程分析,得出结构在八度罕遇地震作用下的变形与受力,非线性分析结果表明下部混凝土支架的框架梁和柱均不同程度的进入塑性状态,其中框架柱的下端为薄弱位置。 本文结合国内外的工程实例与经验,通过对实际结构的模拟分析提了一些抗震建议,为以后设计人员对此类结构的抗震设计与分析提供参考。

Coal conveying strap lounge Bridges in coal mines, coal preparation plant and power plant has a wide range of applications. With the development of coal industry in our country and the improvement of construction standard, frame structure of coal conveying belt through short construction standard is higher and higher. But coal conveying strap short frame structure in all previous of earthquake damage is more, caused serious economic losses to the enterprise. So for coal conveying strap short do some in-depth study of the seismic performance of frame structure, seismic design Suggestions have important theoretical significance and engineering application value. This paper, using the finite element software SAP2000, the engineering of the common three kinds of structure forms of coal conveying belt on lounge Bridges, to simulate the frame according to simulation results, the seismic performance of three structure system is analyzed, mainly done the following research work: (1)For three different structure forms of bridge structure modal analysis, the results show that the first three order vibration mode of the influence of the structure, but higher order modes of bridge frame of faulting and deformation is large, calculation can't be ignored high-order mode. (2)The three bridge structure in vertical, horizontal, vertical and horizontal double four operating conditions on the seismic response spectrum analysis, analysis shows that the bridge structure pillars displacement Angle between 1/2319 ~ 1/1045, meet the 1/550 of the threshold. Bridge set up three drop-down derrick under a triangle type CHS and skew bridge without drop-down derrick stiffness big, after adding the boom, in part, of the lower chord with derrick bridge internal force of the symbols on the contrary, part of the internal force is offset, reduced the bridge deflection. (3)The three bridge structure under seismic action of the elastic time history analysis, and compared with the response spectrum analysis results. Analysis shows that this kind of large span structure should pay attention to the end door frame stiffness, to ensure the safety of to temporary structure in horizontal earthquake. (4)On the bridge dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, it is concluded that structure in the deformation and stress distribution of octave under severe earthquake action, the nonlinear analysis results show that the lower bracket of concrete frame beams and columns are of different level into the plastic state, in which the lower end of the frame column for the weak position. Combining with engineering practice and experience both at home and abroad, and based on the actual structure of the simulation analysis of some seismic advice, for the designers to provide reference for the seismic design and analysis of such structure.
