综采放顶煤是实现急倾斜安全高效开采的有效途径,也是急倾斜特厚难采煤层开采的技术发展方向。但近年来随着采深增加,煤岩冲击地压严重制约着急倾斜特厚煤层综放技术的应用。乌东煤矿南区煤层倾角平均为87°,煤层厚度30~48m,属急倾斜特厚煤层,冲击地压灾害已严重影响乌东煤矿南区的安全生产。 论文针对乌东煤矿现有技术条件,基于矿井煤岩体物理性质及力学响应特征,结合冲击地压监测设备及监测数据进行冲击机理总结与分析,得出急倾斜特厚煤层开采诱发冲击地压影响因素。研究结果表明:乌东煤矿87°煤层冲击地压影响主要因素为采深增加,B1+2煤层和B3+6煤层中间岩层逐渐孤立在两组煤层采空区中间,岩柱在自重与水平构造力的影响下,产生倾斜撬动力,经开采扰动影响,应力集中区域释放能量,造成矿压显现;87°急倾斜特厚煤层应力大小分布情况为B2-B3岩柱应力最高,依次为B6顶板、B3+6煤层、B1底板、B1+2煤层;利用PASAT、微震、地音等监测设备对冲击地压防治方案应用效果进行评价。 研究内容结合现场实践表明,中间岩柱注水爆破、顶底板深孔爆破、煤体注水可有效降低煤岩体应力集中程度,对预防与调控冲击地压灾害效果显著,这对急倾斜特厚煤层开采冲击地压预测预报具有重要意义。

Top-coal caving of efficient safety is effective medod in extremely steep and thick coal seams(ESTCS) mining, which is also the technical development direction. Recent years, coal bump is mainly reason of application restriction on this mining method. The average inclination angle of coal seam is 87° in the south area of Wudong Coal Mine and coal seams thickness ranges from 30m to 48m, which was classified as extremely steeply and thick coal seam. Hazards of mining-induced restricted safety mining of Wudong coal mines seriously. In this paper, mechanical properties and multifactor of coal bump due to mining have been summarized according to mining conditions, coal rock physics properties and mechanical beahviors in extremely steep thick coal seams. The results show that mining depth increasing is the mainly factor of inducing coal bump for 87° coal seam in Wudong coal mine. Then, intermediate rock pillar can induce inclination stress under conditons of gravity and tectonic stress. The focus energy will be release during the mining. Rock pillar location(B2-B3) is the focus stress zone for 87° of extremely steep thick coal seam. The order is respectively B6 roof, B3+6 coal seams, B1 floor and B1+2 coal seams. The hazards monitoring system including PASAT, Microseismicity(MS) and Acoustic Emission(AE) et al have been equiped aiming at prevention of coal bump. Finally, some measures about rock pillar water injection and blasting, water injection of coal mass, deep borehole blasting have been taken for reducing stress concentration degree and preventing the coal bump. These are significant guidance for coal bump prediction and prevention in extremely and steep thick coal seams.
